In this video I tried to get my C10 door ready for paint. But as you will soon find out things didn’t work out as I had liked. I’m sure someone will chime in exactly how I screwed up on this one.
I was looking up how to apply seam sealer in the drip rails on my 69 C10 because I messed up the first time horrible. So I needed to start fresh and came across your channel. Thank God I did. Keep up the good work.
feel ya pain mate .. the downside to a high quality black paint job is that you cant hide any inperfections. hopefully the new door solves the issue .. and the old door is now some creative piece of wall art and a conversation starter. cheers from Australia 🍻👍
Curt, I am not a paid phycologist but I am sensing a little frustration. That axe in door is wall art, I will make a call to the Smithsonian to offer this CR original metal sculpture for $5,500 and I won't take a commission! An evaluation is to their benefit as the National Museum of Axe Throwers are showing interest, plus a private Turkish Millionaire is sending an appraiser your way! Tax write off with appraisal. Are you finding it hard to get motivated in 100 degree heat and 90% humidity! I am. Keep up the great work Curt! Stay safe buddy. I am married once for over 40 years, I have lots of controlling anger!! I replace those feeling with humor the best I can. It is tough for a man! Using "AMD?" or do they make doors going back the far? Still, I say interesting wall art!😮😮😮
