@@Chahalx from 4th std to 10 we learn Hindi. +1,+2 you can choose Malayalam or Hindi. Most of the students these days can probably write an essay in Hindi, but struggles with speaking it cause it's not used for communicating.
Akhil Chahal my father was a big fan of Hindi movies and I used to watch it with him since I was a child. I could understand Hindi even before I started learning the alphabets in 4th standard. I could speak broken Hindi during my teenage years and when I moved outside Kerala for work I perfected the pronunciation and slang. So when I speak Hindi to my coworkers they automatically assume that I was raised outside Kerala 😁
Bhool Bhulaiyya is the better one? Oh my god, I'm not even a Malayali but I still feel what every Malayali must be feeling right now. As a Tamilian, I say that nobody can reach what Mohanlal and Shobana did in Manichithrathazhu, not even Rajinikanth and Jyothika. Shit, 1.2k likes? Thanks!
@@merin9298 eh its been a long time since i watched that movie...but one thing is that its appreciable how she learned bharatanatyam for that movie...vineeth was good though since he's already trained. her performance was forgettable, but i wouldn't say it wad hilarious. she is a good actress in my opinion. only problem i had was with her casting, because tamil cinema has a very big problem of casting younger actresses with actors who grow older and older. give it a few years they'll probably start pairing rajinikanth with samantha. an actual trained dancer like revathi could have done a much better job.
@@merin9298 yeah i know, but mohanlal and shobana ended up winning my heart the most. i did love the entire film but i'd still set aside everything mattering in my life right now to watch shobana dance. what an amazing actress.
Yaa, Even I had Friends SAME who consider half Of India as NORTH INDIA but Forgets West, East, Central, NORTH Himalayan States EXIST. but Get Offended If we call SOUTH Indians as "MADRASSI".
Iam studying in andhra Pradesh, so if anyone ask me where you are from.. Then I replay as Iam from kerala.,then there reaction is soo wonderful to see because they know kerala as most developed state in literacy. And they like our nature also.
as a kanyakumarian i can relate this ; in kanyakumari our slang is full of malayalam+ tamil ; tamilnadu ppl can't understand our slang/language but mallus got a grasp in kanyakumari slang
As a Tamilian whose neighbour is from Nagercoil. I damn agree. I find it quite difficult talking to them because they use a lot of Malayalam words while speaking. Also, I have noticed they use "ch" instead of "sa" like chollu, chaatitu po, chaptiya and all. KK accent is quite funny tbh..
@@americanstud1 It won the 41st National Film Awards for Best Actress(Shobhana) and Best Popular Film providing wholesome entertainment. Manichitratazhu is considered a classic among Malayalam films, so it does hurt when people call it a remake of Bhool Bhulaiya.
americanstud1 it’s a cult classic in Malayalam cinema and considering a lot of other industries, including bollywood, bothered to remake it, means there’s something to it. People can get mad when a genuinely good film gets shit on but people stay over hyping the same formulaic basic ass salman/srk movies
@@prajeeshprasannakumar1079 I did to my friend Akshay Shinde - he just laughed it off. He didn't get annoyed or angry with me. It's just a movie - that's all..
The best part is the featured song : "Banana , Coconut , fish , beef." at 1:55. And Sonia's response to it was hilarious. நான் ஒரு தமிழன் தான் ட... but still I understand the struggles in this video. I love this song it holds a special place in my heart and it manages to reach my funny bone all the time 🤣
We bengalese are not get offended by hearing that....we are bengalese.... what is wrong in that?? Is madrasi an abusive word??? Btw we bengalese are not north indian...we know who Telugu, tamiz, kanadigas, mallus are....hindi bhasish call you as madrasi we don't....
2:34 even though we respect hindi and north Indians.... that is something we don't like to hear.... Manichitrathazhu is way better than any of its remakes😍
Amrutha Suresh hi amrutha suresh ipdi pode! Ram ram ..ki haal chaal.. sab khera? Don't you think manchidjsjfjakaj is a bit too long a name for a movie?
IKR, I felt so happy she pronounced it right but also every one makes videos on Things Bengalis/Tamilians/Malyalee are tired of hearing.... When will they make videos on Kannadigas? We are tired of ppl who use "Kannad" & "Kannad Gotilla" so much. Some one should really make video on it
I so effing relate with that fish part 😂😂 and when she said that bhool bulaiya is a better version ammeyaan satyam oru chout kodkaan thoni avalk... Saadanam
I am a Bengali.. but I love Malayalam movies and songs.. right now I'm gushing over Charlie movie.. and my favourite song is mukatthe penne from ennu ninte moideen.. their music and films are beautiful.. though I love dulquer Salman more than nivin Pauly 🤭🤭🤭
Kerala is such a beautiful state and Keralites are awesome ... cool breeze , greenery , good food , their festivals , cultures etc .. I am from U.P but I've been living in Kerala from past 5 years and i am absolutely loving it here 😍 and yes most of the Malyalis are obsessed with Nivin Pauly , mohanlal, mammotty, Dilquer salman etc 😁😁
Astha Singh it's not obsession but people appreciate heroes and actors who do well. If that's obsession then what do you call about people being crazy for sharukh Hrithik and salman etc. As far as I know Kerala actors behave well off screen with no much hype unlike the other actors & actress in other states. This is also a stereotypes you set. I found that it gets natural for people from north to always comment anything bad or sarcastic about the south. thats sad as we south Indians Dont differentiate people but try to understand them.you people know very little about south India and start being judgemental. You said you have stayed in Kerala for so you should be knowing how safe and how people love and respect irrespective of south or north.wish that good mentality spreads at least in the mind of younger generation
@@archies23 Wooh woohhh calm down woman 😅 . I wasn't being sarcastic or judgmental , i am no one to judge anyone on any aspect . You said that " we South Indians dont differentiate people and try to understand them " which was kind of hypocritical because you didnt understand my comment I just commented what I've observed here in kochi and yes 2 of my class mates were obsessed with Nivin Pauly and some with Dilquer salman( which was really sweet btw 😊) and whenever a new movie of Nivin Pauly will get released my whole class used to plan to go to theater for it even my father loves mohanlas's movies and being a north Indian i am obsessed with Allu Arjun ...i didn't comment anything bad about malyalis or Malyali actors because i love them all .. Being a fan of any Actor/Actress is not a bad thing ...i love malyalis and their helpful and sweet nature . You have set this in your mind that ' all the North Indians comments or thinks bad about South Indians ' thats why you took my positive comment in negative way but its not your fault , its actually true that most of the North Indians arent aware of the beautiful culture , food , tradition , manners , values and many more wonderful things South Indians have .... I am fortunate enough to spend 5 years of my life on ' God's own country- kerala ' and I'll never forget any of my experiences and memories of this beautiful state . Next month I am going transfer to vishakhapatnam ( A.P) and i am excited to explore and experience another culture and tradition but Kerala will always have a sweet spot in my heart ❤ I am really sorry if my comment offended you in any way , i didnt mean to hurt anyone .
Lol I was giving my exam today and I remember in the middle of my exam singing"banana coconut fish beef" and the teacher was looking at me like" WTF? "

Not a malayalee (a marathi basically) but I love their culture and movies 😍. Want to visit Kerala real soon And learn malayalam. And yeah Nivin Pauly and DQ 😘. Loved this video BuzzFeed India
@@nishilbright2007 Ya dude, I watched Premam and since then the love affair with Malayalam cinema doesn't end. 😆 Also, Malayalam industry is so underrated, very less people know about it :(

Yea, never say Bhool Bhulaiyya is better than 'The Manichitrathazhu' to any Malayali. Yes, I used the article The before Manichitrathazhu purposely to say the movie is such a classic. Had I been in her place, I would have hit Srishti for making such a blasphemous statement!
Bro do all malayalis obsessed with Bengali or what, all north Indian are not Bengalis and also West Bengal is not in North part of India ,it is in East side of India.
60% area of southern states were under madras province and that is the reason the term " madrasi" was used for all southie, so all Southie are madrasi not only tamils .
ok so what?? Andhrites got separated from TamilNadu jst bcoz their identity is getting hidden. And how foolish is this to call someone with diff name and expect them to respect you!!!!!!!!
Parts of Bihar were under Bengal province. But nobody refers to a Bihari as Bengali. BTW 60% of South India could have been with Madras. But major portion of present day Kerala was not with Madras.
If somebody says bhool bulayya is better than manichitrathazhu I will be mad at them all my life.. Its like comparing pirates of the caribbean with Thugs of Hindustan..
Oh. You must have an incredible life to get mad over someone over such flimsy reasons like a movie. Some of you Keralites in this comment section should chill the f up. No one gives a flying duck
Those malayalam lines were the best. In real life the best part is when north Indians speak in hindi so that south indians don't understand but the actual truth is that I understand everything but I don't interrupt them so that I can completely listen to what they are talking about
