It's important that we women build our own self con diffidence and self esteem before any relationship so you know your worth. DO NOT GET SURGERY! Hit squats, squeezing your glutes before descending. Regularly. And do hip thrusts. And combine some bulgarian split squats and lunges. In 10 months InshaaAllah, hitting the glutes at least 3 times a week CONSISTENTLY, WITH THE CORRECT FORM, you'll get the bigger bum. #FitnessTips
Exactly and if you're afraid of hurting your joint you can do easy stretches like lunges. I used to do lunges in the summer at full soccer field about 50-60 lunges and damn I have the best toned legs and pelvis. I keep thanking myself even though I can't frequently make time for lunges as much today

Whats funny is that i've always had a big butt and i was made fun of during my middle school years for having a fat butt. People called me duck for some reason and a lot of people gave me suggestions on the types of exercises i should do in order to reduce it. I was forever insecure about my butt until NOW. The thing is people change, trends change, and so do a lot of other things. Don't change yourself. You are YOU for a reason. Be unique and stay true to yourself 💗
Dina is correct...ppl can get addicted to cosmetic surgery.....during the initial evaluation with a surgeon they can tell if someone is there for another procedure because they are addicted....and they should then refuse the additional work.

If she takes the decision and does the surgery she'll stay unsafe because she knows deep down that she lied to him and she will try to cover the truth with every single way she has . The only thing she can do is to play more sport and eat healthy this way she will feel more confident and she will have the strength to tell him that she is like this end if story . I think he loves her and wants her the problem is in the way she is thinking not with the guy . Perhaps every single guy wish something that his wife doesn't have and veers versa ! That's life you cannot have everything . She should except herself the way she is so can others do ! Dina saying "must be so comfortable though" nearly made me spit my tea out all over the place from laughing. On a serious note, I've just turned 24 and I've struggled with low self-esteem over aspects of my appearance for years. Even if you change something, it won't make you happy until you change your mentality. The struggle is really one of self acceptance and that's something that plastic surgery will never give you. The reality of this situation is that the man wants to marry the girl. That level of commitment does not depend on the size of a girl's bum, no matter how attractive a man finds it.

First, it's to enlarge her butt, then it's getting lipo-suction to get rid of her fat gut, after that, it's the breast augmentation. It goes on-and-on. You should listen to Dina more when it comes to feminine issues. She was spot-on here.

A guy I know who is a professional trainer at a gym told me females keep coming to him asking for a bubble butt workout routine and he said he couldn''t understand why anyone would want that. And he's a 6"2' guy, totally handsome and bulked up.
WORKOUT!!! Squats will do the job - seriously, just do it. You're gonna love yourself and when you love yourself, you can accept other people's compliments. Exercising does work, trust me. On some video I watched where some girls were insecure, they were told that dates- kujoor makes you gain a little weight in those places but try look in to it first as I can't recall on it properly. High waste jeans would make you look curvy. Light blue jeans would make your bum look big too
Honestly I'd say don't go ahead with the surgery as your intentions are not in the right place , surgery is a big commitment and I mean you're only doing it to please your man from what I've heard from the letter read in this video , you didn't seem to have any issues with your butt until your man brought it up . My advice would be to Do what makes you happy and feel better about yourself , don't commit to something just to look more appealing to a specific individual or people , go and do it for your own satisfaction . And if you don't like squats there's a whole bunch of different exercises. Even if you go to the gym and going onto the elliptical, treadmill or the stairs you can work out your butt. Also, you have to workout a minimum amount of times a week and don't give up!!! I read somewhere it takes 4 weeks for YOU alone to see a change in your body. Keep sticking with it girl! And the main thing, learn to love yourself! Learn to be like 'even if he doesn't like my body I freakin' love my body and that's all that matters!' cause honestly it's already ruining your relationship and you guys haven't even gotten married yet. You can also try talking to him about it too 😶
the curvatious i hope i spell that right come from the hour glass shape look at it,the center is really small,for the women body is the stomach so try to have a small waist by some exercice and squats,and you are awesome in every shape,just be healthy and happy.
