Bruh I'm 20 nd I've already changed my diet minimised my jnk food intake to almost nothing. Addicted to exercise , btw I was 80 kg nd now I'm 65 jss by diet nd home workout . Stopped doing gandi cheeze from almost July 22 23. Aur gf/bf wala locha to manu 14 saal ki umar me hi pata lg gi thi WOT hai . Nd all this was possible only cuz of SPIRITUALITY (thnx kanha). Self confidence boosted h , low points come but finding myself strong enough to tackle , Nd yea MANIFESTATION ki to pucho mat yrrr..... Bhaiya kuch krna chahti hu apne desh apne dharma ke liye . Your each and every sentence is very important and very true. I am at 25 now. In the last few years I have changed almost every input like food, health, music , videos even the network with positive people. But still those positive people are not present physically, they have guided me a lot. But now the main thing is the level of mindset I am containing is incompatible for my parents also. They can't understand what the hell their son is doing. Because deep inside they are also poor minded just like any other middle class. Please tell me how to handle this situation I don't want to hurt them.

Sir, How you make history interesting, because I'm in class 10 and I have no any interest on my History books, all those are kept like a new one.
