That Batman 227 has been burning upwards for years. I bought a SS (Adams) CGC 7.5 copy for under $400 in 2016.

Wow that Bat 227 8.5 sold cheap in your auction! Only 1750! An 8 just sold for 2150. I would have bid if i heard about it in time. Im looking for an 8.0-9.0 for my collection. Ive had a couple lower grade copies in the past. 227 is almost as awesome as 251.

I am a big Batman 227 fan. I have a 7.0 WP and 9.2 OW-W, and they are two of my favorites in the collection.

The non deluxe version is more rare. Do a quick search and more are the deluxe version. The deluxe newsstand is even more rare.

Interesting list. A lot of these are head scratchers in my opinion. So a Batman 227 goes for more than twice a 232 now makes no sense.

Interesting seeing an Iron Man 150 noted. That was one of my favorite titles/issues from that time. Anniversary issues (mostly 100's) in intervals of 50 were kind of semi key issues back then. I think this issue was on the shelf when I was at a convention so picked up a second copy to have Shooter sign it.
