The craziest part is that to think so you need to never press f1 in game or never get any information about the hero. Like when you launch overwatch for the first time theres a tutorial and it teaches you not only basics, but also how to get information about the hero

High damage numbers with low kills just means they’re feeding the support and him just standing there is feeding the dps and tank.

For example, Lifeweavers with Eleventy Billion heals and 800 dmg.

21-7 and 30k damage is wrong in every way possible, if i had this tank i would report him because a mauga who doesn't kill is a feeding battery like roadhog

I can confirm he loud. I play on a TV, and have the volume on low most of the time, but Mauga still be like HAHAAAAAAAAA *brrrrrr*

All of that damage came from him shooting the hell out of hog, letting him heal, and then shooting him again.

Tbf, melting tanks/ large characters to sustain is Mauga's specialty, they just don't commit.

​@@HmongHeroowell obviously that's his specialty but it's not the only thing he's capable of doing You can shoot Small targets with single target and dive them with charge too to help get people off your teammates and there are some occasions where using cardiac for your teammates is better than a selfish use

i noticed that too lol, the junkrat was low and vulnerable many times during the first few fights but he completely tunnel visions on the hog for some reason.

@@HmongHeroo While i agree with that, the hog would have died way faster if he had killed the mercy first. Another of Mauga's specialty is dealing with flying heroes because he has long range hitscan guns, so he's perfect for destroying mercy. Not to mention if he kills hog first and the mercy manages to ress him, the impact of the kill is completely negated.

@@jamescarpenter855 NAHHH Winston's a good pick into Mauga. Literally yet to lose as Winton into Mauga - just play smart and always have bubble if you want to jump anywhere near Mauga. Ball maybe though.

@@doublechindoge7 what you can't take any space at all any decent team would win a 4v5 at all times as you can't go near mauga without the ultimate and mauga just laughs and puts hid down then no more jumping out along with him just hitting 1 button and shoot you for all the hp you just did to him the shield doesn't do jack shit only taking 700 damage you need a double pocket just to deal with mauga as Winston that's a terrible pick

@@jamescarpenter855 Mauga only contributes to his team when he's farming tank though, he's garbage against squishies - so it's actually the enemy team that's going 4v5 into your Winston, because you can still dive the backline - but their Mauga can't do shit. They walk in, they have nothing to farm, so no hp regen, so they melt. They run back, you leap out - they're making 0 space since they're forced to play on the defensive, whereas you ARE making space. Not to mention Bubble both cutting Mauga off from his support heals AND lifesteal. I really think the only way this isn't applicable is if you're playing on a flat map, and the enemy team is playing death ball - just 5 people stacked on top of each other at all times with no real "backline" to dive. Then yeah, it's probably not a skill issue, in that situation you may just be fucked. Not gonna lie though, I've had far more success counter-swaoping Mauga with Doom and Winston than Sigma or Zarya. I agree if everyone works together perfectly, Sigma's the best counter, but if you're constantly left alone to hold back the Mauga then it kinda feels like that's all you can do - just stand there and hold him back, but not actually ever kill him. If we're talking best Tanks to solo-carry a game vs Mauga - Doom and Winston have absolutely been my go tos, and have been working super well.

@@doublechindoge7 doom I can understand he has the ability to eat damage giving him more cc and mobility at the same time Winston though mauga has a charge that will knock you down and can follow you straight to the backline and provide everyone that your trying to kill with life steal then also way out damage you so It's really just a who uses their mobility first thing but mauga is getting more value without using his mobility

And these players also supposed to remember where dead bodies are, so mercy wont res. These fruits cant remember where alive players are the second they walk away.

It’s literally just a big chunk got big guns, gets heals by shooting people when they’re on fire, with an ult that traps them so you shoot big guns to melt them. (Or you know: to HELP your teammates shoot the enemies easier.) It’s a braindead character. No mobility, gives constant damage for crowd control.

The ultimate traps any enemy team in the area in it (or anyone who walks into the shields) and prevents them from using any movement abilities.

Yeah, everyone's wasted an ability once or twice, popping Suzu then realising your team really didn't need it, wasting matrix on very little dmg. But this is something you do once or twice, realise and then try to not do the rest of the game. This guy popped E just to pop E sometimes, it's like he doesn't know what the buttons do

I swapped from tank to playing venture but I still play like a tank. Pretty often I would get a tank who’s scared to take any space while I’m in the front lines.

As someone who climbed from mid silver to mid masters alot of the critisism seems to go from "Why is X stat so low" to "What tf was that ability/ult"
