I love Sundays. Sleeping in, a nice bowl of cereal, and watching Ryu's run get ruined by a kaizo level.

This is a 10 month old video so you probably won't see this but I just wanted to thank you for coming out with that quality content. I have severe anxiety and every day before work, I put on your videos and it helps me a lot. They also help me sleep so my mind isn't overcrowded with my thoughts. My editor brain knew as soon as I saw the weird visual glitch at 18:53 that it was going to be the successful run... Ryu's videos are too well-polished for that, if that wasn't the successful run then that recording glitch would definitely have been edited out.

Ryu, when you first jumped back into SMM1 a year or so ago, I thought it was a bit too early. Fun content, but SMM2 was still fresh-ish. Now's the time. This is A+ content - the same kind of stuff that brought me to your channel 4-5 years ago.

Just sharing my train of thought here lol ---@2:54, I noticed the castle door insignia/handle looks like a pig nose which made me think of Ganon, and was like neat...then immediately after Ryu/Title Screen, "Looks like this level was made by Ganon," lmao

Watching that last run of that last level at half speed made it way more epic.

You're correct that when we were getting back into the swing of things, everything was awesome and epic, and we were seeing our princess regularly. The algorithm has deemed this to be unsatisfactory and sent the worst possible levels. So glad SMM2 has the Boo feature.

sometimes i stupidly undermine kaizo levels; referring to them as auto-levels on manual control... this video is why we leave them to the experts like ryu lol, theres no way id ever have a chance of beating this level. great job ryu!😄👍

Kaizo of this level of evil are a lost art I swear it IS incredible that he managed to finish it the mental fortitude required is like on the level of Jai plays that is required to finish it! Believe this or not Jai plays is also incredibly powerful on a number of levels including mental toughness and endurance which is why he comes to mind here..

Hey ryu just an idea but I think you should try the iron bros challenge for one of these episodes. If you don't know why it is it's when u try to beat 50 normal levels in a row with just 1 life and you can't skip any or pause. Just an idea I think you could be the first person to beat it.

I have seen you do some incredible things, in these games, which I'd still why it always confuses me that MM1 is a paltry six stages, with 100 lives, and MM2 is SE Endless with only 30 lives. How can you blow through a dozen levels on 30+, but then fail four stages with over three times that many? And then I see some of these Rube Goldberg machine stages, and I'm reminded how that can go. Still, it was wonderful to watch, and I again saw some incredible things!
