Carnivore pizza is an oxymoron, since real pizza needs tomato sauce. Also, this is the most shamelessly commercialized Keto/Carnivore channel I have every seen. Never again. 0 stars.
Your bf is gross and creepy. Also this is nothing close to a Chicago deep dish as he said. He's a moron. You're over pushing this. Maybe just do vids without him and you'll do better. Leave the creep at the door. And tell him to try a deepdish pizza in Chicago. He's a c UK lol
You said to write and tell you how we are doing. I'm doing fantastic on the carnivoire diet. I've lost a ton of weight and my diabetes is gone. I was diabetic for 40 years, and I'm now 78 years old. I follow you, Ken Berry, and Dr. Ben Bickman. There is one thing that I really noticed, and that is my mental clarity. How do I know this for sure? Because I'm a musician and a piano player, like you are, but not nearly as good as you are. Before carnivoire, I had major concentration problems. After 15 minutes of practicing, I had no energy left or focus. I just couldn't concentrate. You know what I mean. It takes a lot of concentration to practice the piano. (By the way, I'm working on Fantasy Improptu, Chopin. What a trip) Anyway, now that I'm eating carnivoire, I can practice for 2 hours and maintain focus, be totally aware of notes, fingering, and all that stuff. Thank you so much for your videos. They have made such a difference.
Love your comment. I am 76 and have started playing piano again. I'm not very good but I really enjoy it. I've been carnivore since November 2023 and I have noticed my mental focus is so much better. I can now play pieces from memory! What joy this brings me. ❤
All the salads, workouts and restrictions for decades couldn't control my weight. First 10 days on carnivore (priming), I'm not even at 100% compliant yet, and I'm beginning to lose weight. Bonus: this is so easy! I don't need 200 ingredients in my kitchen to prepare a good meal. Grocery shopping is so much easier, faster and less stressful. Few decisions! Thank you for showing the way. :)
That’s what I love! It’s sooooo easy! I ate plant-based with some high quality fish and eggs before this, and it was incredibly arduous to cook dinner every night. Each meal would have 20-30 ingredients/spices and it would take me hours and cause so much stress. Now I just cook simple sides for my husband and kiddos, and meat for all of us.
@@redneckcoder Have you ever heard of or tried a supplement called ‘slippery elm powder’ this is really great for digestive issues, it’s an ancient Native American remedy made of the bark of the Indian elm tree. (Also known as moose elm or red elm ) It’s about 1 gram carbohydrates per teaspoon serve, it’s mixed with water and tastes like watery oats, it will be gelatinous and soothe and coat the GI tract, use also to soothe tooth aches and lots of other topical skin problems. Just make sure not to ingest together with other supplements / nutrients as it will prevent uptake due to coating the GI tract I’ve cleared many digestive issues and also avoided losing a molar by resolving the abscess underneath somehow ! Anyway just research it if you’re interested and good luck with your journey 🙏
Carnivore is the easiest diet I’ve ever been on and because it’s so easy it’s also a diet that has become a lifestyle for my husband and I. My pantry and refrigerator are stocked with plenty of meat, butter eggs and cheese. And I have tons of empty space and need only a few things to cook with. By far the easiest to clean up dishes too. Highly recommend it to anyone.
I make a bacon crust. I take one pound of bacon, weave it into a square on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, bake it at 350 until almost crisp, then dress it with whatever toppings I want, put it back in the oven until done.
This is timely because I fell off the carnivore wagon last night after one week when my family (and I) had pizza. My resistance was not strong enough. Next time the family does pizza, I'll have another option to help me say no.
Don't stress about it! The stress and regret you're experiencing is way more damaging to your physical and mental health that an easily digested pizza. I'm italian, mostly carnivore, but my weekly pizza is a moment of joy and celebration and I've never ever gained weight in my life, even during my pregnancy (I'm 165 cm and I've always been 50 kg). The best trick to have a nice/healthy body is - other than to eat healthy food and be happy eating it - it to eat stress and guilt free and to make the meals a social event, not a solitary, anxious, "counting-calories and nutrients" introspective moment, not a punishment. The chocolate or pizza or Nutella once in a while will not corrupt anything overall (we can survive the most stressfull and dangerous situation), they will stenghten you (look for Mithridatism). Don't be stressed, don't regret the pizza you happily had with your family and next time have an amazing Margherita with burrata, anchovies and capers... mwah! Chef's kiss!
@@clarabella8 100% agree with you. As a side note, the real italian pizza crust is quite thin also and the dough fermented for days which gets rid of most of the harmful stuff. There is nothing much better then a real italian pizza with authentic toppings. Incredible!
@@Tradefy yes, I know I'm lucky living in Tuscany since I have easy access to good food. I lived in Boston for a month during my PhD in 2016 and I starved myself since I was not able to find anything healthy in supermarkets near my house so I was forced to always eat at restaurants (the steak was quite OK but not like our Fiorentina) and the best thing I found was lobsters. I basically ate lobsters and lobsters burgers all the time. The American pizza is something completely inedible to me and I can understand you if you experience regrets when eating it. But pizza, real pizza, is not that bin of shit in a plate form. It's luscious, creamy, moist, easy digestible, perfect for a night out with friends having good time and lots of laughters. Smile and laugh with pizza in your hands and all the carbs are already burnt!
Best crust I ever did was with ground chicken and finely ground Grana Panado (or Parmesan). 250 g of ground chicken to 100 g of Grana P. Makes 2 crusts. Make it real thin with wet hands on parchment paper! 200 degrees C for 10-12 min. (Roughly 400 F) Take out and put toppings on, then back in for 10-12 min. Best ever! Got the idea from Maria Emmerich.
Just a tip on cheese-you'll find most pre-shredded cheese has carbs from additives to keep it from clumping! PS: Having worked in a pizza joint, I use 80% low-moisture mozzarella, 10% cheddar, 10% parm-reg. This gives you the Italian taste and feel and keeps the mozzarella from stringing as much.
And some cheese cheese contains saw dust. Known as cellulose. To thicken the product. This is added fiber. Which no one ever wants in their diet. Eating cheese should never cause constipation. Eat about a 1/4 pound or more of this stuff, and it sure to lock you up tight.
I’ve been living off Carno pizza for awhile! Nothing as fancy as this, just ground beef smashed flat, cooked like a giant hamburger and then toss in oven for a bit with melted cheese. It’s super yum ❤
Me and my husband have lost 4 stone this year eating carnivor, my total weight loss is now 8 stone, this 4 stone has come off like butter in a hot pan! We feel amazing! And the kids now have happier parents ! We will be making this come the weekend ! ❤
Still struggling to lose weight. TypeII - sugar nunbers are better but weight is stubbornly sticking around. Down 9 pounds in 2.5 months and stuck at current weight. 50 more pounds to lose. Strict carnivore. Keeping the faith. Fasting Insulin test was at 19.1 (too high!) a month ago...hoping if that comes down further then perhaps weight will do so too.
Thank you for providing options for those who don’t eat pork. Your ground beef video last week was very helpful. I make the egg drop soup almost daily now.
Love this!! I used to make pizza all the time and my 6 year old still remembers - she asks me to make pizza a lot. She loves watching cooking and recipe videos with me, so this was great because she asks can we make this carnivore pizza now. My husband and kiddos aren’t carnivore but we just don’t have certain things in the house now, and they eat tons more meat than they used to. But they get tired of it, so I’m always looking for things to make it interesting.
I've been doing carinovre for 5 months. Down 53lbs and love it. I made meatpizza atleast once a week but you just introduced me to the cheese sauce and I'm going to start using that. Thanks.
You are a lucky man, my friend 🍀 Your wife is a wonderful cook and does not mind taking good care of you. Women like her are so rare these days. Be sure to cherish her.
@Amyjwashere I didn't read in his comment that he thinks she is less than. I read that he appreciates the fact she is a thoughtful and giving partner. And that is a rare quality. Which it is, for both men and women.
@@Amyjwashere Well by the amounts of likes I racked up, I think the fellas agree 👍🏽 The needs of a man are basic, we don't require much for happiness, and since most modern women are not even willing do the simplest of tasks these days.......I say let's celebrate this wonderful woman 🍷 of course women are much more than cooking, but it is also one of the tasks that as men we appreciate. Are you doing the same for your spouse or partner 🤔
@@AmyjwashereYou’re literally proving his point. Men desire traditional women who can care for them and not argue all the time. You’re obviously not that type. Like the man said, it’s rare these days to find such a good women.
Next time use half the amount of chicken in the crust And If needed more pork rinds ........it will help make it thinner when u roll it out And Try ricotta instead of the very wet cream sauce Make a thin layer of ricotta that has been seasoned with grated cheese and 1 egg
Thank you for inspiring me to try this way of eating. Im diabetis type 2., praying I can get off meds. This is my 4th day, have lost 3 lbs. Less pain/ inflammation. I have been feeling more energy, too!
You guys are such a lovely couple, and I couldn't help but just smile watching both of your reactions' to the taste test! I have to try this with my wife some day soon, thanks for the video!
Respectfully, I’m glad I found you. I love your ingredients. Today was day one of my carnivore diet. Looking at your videos I look forward to making all your ingredients. Thanks for your videos
Bella I made hamburger buns and dipping sauce that was on your ground beef video a couple of days ago and it was so good I'm doing it again tonight thank you
Yum! I do it with even simpler ingredients. Just mix either ground chicken or ground turkey with a bit of spices (onion powder or italian seasoning) roll it out between parchment and bake like you do.(No need for panko or eggs or cream cheese). I make individual ones and then freeze the extra crusts. Then add a bit of cheese and pepperoni or beef or chicken, etc.
Your recipes look so delicious that they convinced me to officially go on the carnivore diet. I just started two days ago. Actually I think I'm starting off as more of a ketovore but I plan on going full carnivore. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I knew I needed to do something before it got out of control and this diet is totally doable. I will miss pasta and bread (the reasons I got to my current weight lol) but I love meat and as long as I have variety, I know I can pull this off. Even though this is only a few days in, I already feel less bloated and I have more energy, which I wasn't even expecting, especially this soon. So wish me luck and God bless you for inspiring me to finally make a commitment to better my health and my life. ❤️
I would like to thank you and the power of the algorithm for showing me this recepie! I just made it and it's so greasy (in a good way), so filling and so incredibly delicious! It totally satisfied my craving for pizza. I swear, the cream cheese dough is SO SIMILAR to the real thing. ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I’ve looked at several “carnivore” pizza recipes, and wasn’t really happy with the ingredients. I LOVE that this uses ground chicken instead of a bunch of cheese! Blended up a couple of chicken breasts and follow your recipe, it turned out SO good!! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank You So Much! I have been watching your channel for awhile. Love your encouragement, advise, experience and ideas. I have been more Carnivore than Ketovoce for a number of years! Keep it coming!!!❤🎉🎉
I've looked at carnivore pizza recipes on other blogs, and they highly recommend that you only mix your crust by hand as a food processor tends to liquefy the chicken, but maybe if they used the dough "blade" ,this would be less of an issue.
I made the cream cheese version last week! Added pepperoni, sausage and bacon topping. It was so very good and had cold pizza the next day! It was like the old days! Loved it so much that I made just the crust out of ground beef a couple of days later. Love it so much!! Thank you, thank you!😊
Just discovered your channel today, and I’m in! I love sb guy’s reactions to your creations AND the piano playing outro flexes 🤣 keep up the great work!
I’m homeless so I’m not always doing so well. But during couch surfing, I made 3 ingredient chicken nuggets. 1 egg 1 can 10oz chicken, drained 3Tbsp of shredded cheese. I added a lil more. Any seasonings if you use those. Heat oven at 400F and bake for 15-20 minutes. Can go in the air fryer as well. Can use raw chicken but cooks longer. Can use rotisserie chicken as well but I hear it’s dry. I found this dry too. Tasted ok.
One of the best things for being on a strict budget and space constraints is discount ground beef. You can cook it in many forms while keeping your fat and protein lvl's up and you can cook it on a camp stove no problem and store it in a small travel cooler. That and eggs. Something I learned living in my car.
Thank you for this video! I just made this pizza about an hour ago and it was amazing. My brother tried it and normally he is pretty quick to criticize my diet crazes but he also he enjoyed it lol
Been on keto since April. This month I am transitioning to Carnivore. I am doing it more for health, knowing the weight will go along the way is a plus. You two are so cute ❤
I love how your fur baby lays at your feet! I also play piano and mine did the same!😍🐶 Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s been very informative in making the decision to begin the carnivore journey❤🥩🧈🍗🎣🍤
I am 225 days animal based/ carnivore. Made this last night, delightful! I added about 4oz of chicken liver to the crust recipe for added nutrients and it turned out amazing! I also added 1tsp of garlic powder to the crust for added flavor, just so my family didn't suspect the liver. Shhhh! 😂They loved it 😁 I'll be making Bella's birthday cake tonight for my youngest daughters 19th birthday, tomorrow 🎂
Great pizza! I added smoked gruyere to the side sauce and used seasoning on chicken crust and beef topping. Also added a bit of Raos pizza sauce. I normally eat steak 6 nights a week, this definitely adding to rotation!
Lazy pizza crust: just use bulk Italian pork sausage as the crust. Tricky to roll out thin and flat, and of course it’s all sausage and a bit overwhelming sometimes.
I've been ketovore for a year this month. I've lost 50 pounds, and I have turned my life around both physically and medically. I say ketovore because I do eat Greek yogurt occasionally and use milk in my coffee. Both are full fat. I don't eat the keto desserts either, since stopping sugar. If I eat sweets, they don't taste good anymore. If I want a treat, I'll eat some unsweetened Greek yogurt with an apple, but only if it's a Golden Delicious, they are tart too 😊💛
Greek yogurt is still carnivore. If it comes from an animal, it's carnivore lol Coffee and the apple is what would make it ketovore. Dairy is animal products. Carnvore is animal-based eating. You're still carnivore :)
I also made 2 ingredient pancakes. 8oz cream cheese, softened, mixable and 3-4 eggs. I forget which. Mix well. Add what ever you tolerate. Cook per normal for pancakes. It’s not fluffy. It’s flat lol. ALMOST like a crepe
I just tried this using hamburger & Italian sausage. I used the crushed pork crisps and made the creamy sauce. I toped with sliced salami & pepperoni. Once finished I found the pepperoni difficult to cut through and the toppings slid off in my mouth leaving the rest of the bite naked. This crust tasted like a cheeseburger. It did not taste bad but was not pizza-like as I was hoping for. Next time I will use the beef flour in the crust and just use the Italian sausage for the bits on top and some garlic powder in the crust. My crust was fairly thick and maybe I should try a thinner crust.
I made my own version of meatzza a few times before, using ground beef. Yours looks really good too, I will have to make it next time I’m craving pizza
Bella, I am loving your cooking series ❤! I will definitely try your pizza recipe. I love the look on Steak & Butter Guy's face when he tried your creation. That look is priceless 😊🤗❤
Absolutely LOVE this recipe! I was keto for 11 mos, lost 40 lbs. I have been carnivore for 3 mos and have lost 20 more lbs. My husband has been carnivore for 6 weeks - down 25 lbs. My 37 year old son (autism) has been exclusively carnivore for 3 weeks (eating with us 6 weeks) and is down 20 lbs. EVERYONE loves this recipe! I also follow Dr. Sean O'Mara, so we added a condiment of sauerkraut to our bacon pizza! THANK YOU for all the wonderful recipes!! ❤️
Made this tonight. Had to use turkey because chicken wasn’t available. Cooked the crust for 20 min Put on toppings and it’s already been under broil another 20 but not browning up yet. 😢 Update 25 min it was brown and crispy. We could only eat a few small pieces each because it’s so filling!!! I did add Italian seasoning to the Alfredo sauce. Made a big difference
Joe Duff - The Diet Chef has a keto breadstick video which might work as a crust.... 2 eggs, 2 cups mozz cheese (or other cheese), 1.5 cups fresh parm cheese, add your own seasonings, press mixture (firmly) into a 7 x 11 baking sheet (on parchment paper / non-stick spray), bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. It's very much like bread and very good. Perhaps just add some toppings like in this video and bake a little longer?
Will definitely try this recipe. Looked fantastic. I’ve been carnivore for two months plus. Fabulous Beethoven, you’re incredible pianist really! I’m a professional musician and I really appreciate the music at the end of your programs.
