That cheese was amazing. You might be able to get a faster world record if you don't go back through the door, but it will definitely not be beaten without the cheese.

When he started a second run, I could tell from the name of that first course just how bad it was gonna be. The Japanese title essentially translates to “Non-stop brutality course part 1, Bullet Hell Game”

it is not an unbeatable world record. you reset the room. if you don't reset the room and still get to survive, you could do it faster.

Actually, that world record can be beaten if you manage to stay alive in the 2nd room, get pass every cannonballs & fireballs and doesnt go back in the door to reset and go right away instead :p

Pretty sure that world record isn't unbeatable, assuming you still reentered the door and reset the screen scroll after blowing up the wall. Still impressive though, nonetheless.
