In a way Dan is correct when he implies that the common denominator in these toxic friendships are Selena's choices, as an ex-codependent person you will end up accepting the worst behavior from others because thats what you feel you deserve deep down. i learned this behavior from my mom who is still codependent to this day and with an abusive husband. some people never get out of this cycle sadly.

Ethan saying “Wait what is Hillsong Church?” gave me PHYSICAL PAIN dude. That place is corrupt as fuck and WILDLY influential in Hollywood. “By Grace, thru Faith” is a big Hillsong thing, it’s also Biblical and popular among evangelicals because of the influence Hillsong has had over the last 20 years. All those girls went to Hillsong- Selena, hailey, Raquel, Francia… and Justin is/was famously best friends with the lead pastor (who is currently in hot water for a cheating scandal, along with other church elders for financial crimes). Those girls were likely in small Bible study groups together and tried to be amicable friends through it all, but of course they’re all fake as fuck so it’s all so weird. Hillsong is a major part of Justin and Selena continually getting back together over and over, they influenced Justin to marry Hailey and nobody ever talks about it!!!!

Wait I’m so sad Olivia didn’t go over Justin’s legal trouble RIGHT before he got married and how he was about to lose all his money and get kicked out of the country but his marriage nulled it

this vid just shows how much h3 acts a family. like olivia is the younger sister who wants to show something she worked on and is so proud of and ethan is the father who's supportive and makes everyone else sit down and pay attention. dan is the older brother who is annoyed but paying attention. sam is like the older sister that's just neutral on the whole thing and ab, cam, and zack are the other siblings that are so lost but randomly give good insight. i love it hahaha
