1 Cup Water
3 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1 t Liquid Smoke
Instant Pot: amzn.to/3XbnHcK
Steps:
Dry your Ribs THOUROUGHLY.
Apply Dry Rub.
Add water, Apple Cider Vinegar, & Liquid Smoke to Instant Pot. Add ribs to Instant Pot as shown. Cook on High Pressure for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and release pressure. Move oven rack to top position (should be about 6 inches from broiler) and preheat oven to broil. Transfer ribs to a Foil lined baking sheet. Cover well with BBQ Sauce and broil for 3-5 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and ribs get some color. Enjoy!
