This game deserves a second chance. Sonic Riders: A Retrospective 

This game is honestly a favorite of mine. Wish it would come back without the gimmicks of the Kinnect

I really want to see Sonic Riders come back. It would have been a way better idea than Team Sonic Racing, mostly because there's nothing that plays quite like it. It just needed more chances to be refined enough. I'd say one of the biggest problems for Sonic Riders was especially the Tutorial, which I think may be an obstacle (it was too short to help players understand, and was located in Extras, instead of the main menu). Another thing would be that tracks and their variants should be a lot more unique from one another (Sonic Riders Zero Gravity made sure each track had major differences between variants). Also the stats: Dash = Acceleration, Limit = Top Speed, Power = Off-Road, Curve is well..turning ability. They should have named them more appropriately, even if every other game uses it. Confusing players is a very good way to turn people away from a Sonic-themed racer. There's also the Survival Mode, but I think no one really makes use of it.

I remember playing this with my sister when I was 9 or 8, we had a Ps2 without memory card, and this was one of the few games we had with multiplayer, and it was very fun tbh, I miss my ps2 and specially this game
