Leon, you‘re doing such a great job! Thank you for existing and speaking out! I‘m half-destroyed. My liver blood-tests are extremely high, I have aches in the abdomen, I barely eat, I can‘t do much over the day, all because of too much alcohol in the last months. Brothers and sisters, don‘t let yourself led into temptation that alcohol gives you something. It just takes your life away… your job, your family and friends, empty your bank account and destroys your health. I‘m in a very dark place right now… I wish no one has to feel like myself! So, please, don‘t exagerate with it, don‘t play russian roulette with your life… and if you just can‘t resist, please quit!

Solid advice as usual. It's good to watch videos such as this for reaffirmation. I'm trying to be healthier. Now, when I find myself in a precarious situation, I just ask myself it this choice lines up with my goals. Seems to help me.

I am a logical and scientific person. I just love ur content coz it makes me think rationally to why one should not touch alcohol. Most other channels talk about very broad and subjective reasons which doesn't last. Something about the thought of putting a narco poison in my mouth made me stop dead. Thanks Leon!
