This windrinder micro on the first game, the first wr that dies screamed like an echo of a dying hero. Not even sure the human heard it, but holy hell it was close while so advantagous, one of those exclusive games that are really about units and the hero is defo a "support"

Here's something I'd love you to try : 2v2 with friends, control shared, but 1 player on each team destroys their base immediately. The result : 2 people controlling the same army, i.e. twice the micro. Or even one player controls the macro, the other controls the micro. One controls the casters, the other the frontline, etc. How efficient a micro can we get ?

As much as I want to see Grubby win its pretty fun seeing Orc get annoyed at a Hero's random proc attack since they ruined so many people with Blademaster crits for years lol

Man, even me a super casual n00b in 2003 was like: "Wyverns are so lame. Humans got the gryphons and Undead get the wyrms". Then news of of Batriders came out and I was looking forward to it only to realize they're even more specialist mutalisk/scourge and I just went back to ground ranged to counter air.

6:04 this is so true about the AM. I’ve been saying it for such a long time now, level 2 water elementals need to be nerfed somehow. Not water elementals overall but definitely level 2. As Grubby quite rightly said they can take on 8 pop of a tier 2 army alone! Can also cancel an Undead haunted during summoning! no race has it easier to reach lvl 3 with their first hero than Human.

Wouldn't Shadow Hunter 3rd have helped in that second game, for Serpent Wards? Alternatively, Pit Lord 3rd, for Howl of Terror -- suddenly those Gryphons don't have so much DPS any more. Or Alchemist -- Acid Bomb to counter Scroll of Protection and do a fair amount of damage on its own. Would like to see more games against pro players like this -- would be good practice too.

Just had an interesting thought: wyverns are kind of like mutas in sc - fast, decent damage, and fragile; bats are like scourge; and flying machines are like protoss corsairs. But in SC those are all staple units - you always make them, and in wc3 - almost never. Why is that? Is it because of air stacking in sc? or because wyverns give too much xp?

Question for long time wc3 players, in the first game, wouldnt it be better for grubby to get another hero faster when he did the mass wind riders and sacrifice 1 wind rider to keep no upkeep ? or was having high level far seer and more wind rider better than having two medium leveled heroes

Suggestion for wind rider: make them t3 units with that orc has a tier 3 unit now and blizzard is able to buff wyvern stats since it needs to be fitting for a tier 3 unit and maybe change envenomed spears ? or buff it idk

What a weird series, honestly... *First game,* I can't get my head around Starbuck's choice to go... *FLYING MACHINES* ... like... wtf man... You *KNOW* Grubby can insta-switch to Bats, just as he did... Why even bother ?? Why not just continue Rifle production ?? :O Also, MK 2nd would have been better, for Bolt + kill on Wyverns. Beastmaster's quillbeasts don't get good until lvl 2 (i.e. lvl 3 hero), which you CAN'T afford to reach... *THAT way* , I honestly think Starbuck was in a good position to stand his ground for MUCH longer... ... *SECOND GAME,* G-by got EXTREMELY UNLUCKY with the MK nabbing the Greater Heal, and then FS losses and not mustering the needed amount of Bats in time... Also kind of a weak Early game by him, but again -- just UNluck !! :O ... In any event, it was (almost) excellent play by both and a really high quality treat for us viewers !! :) Me, personally, I think that G was *the better player, undisputedly* , _BUT_ , he maybe underestimated Starbuck's ability to adapt and reinvent his style over the course of the Bo3. Starbuck looked so fresh and intent in game 3, whereas G already showed signs of exhaustion... It's youth vs aged experience !! .
