The woman who could teleport them around was named Kaguya, she was from the same clan as Isshiki. Actually, she was his underling. Not even Madara is strong enough to challenge these fuckers. Naruto and Sasuke are THE most powerful ninja in known HISTORY currently and they got rolled TWICE by this man. And not even while he was at full power! He's absolutely insane. He could literally fight everyone else in the series at the same time and just take his corpses in bulk.
