Avalanche studios almost made a Iron Man game years ago but that got cancelled and they instead used ideas for that game in just cause 3 with the bavarium wingsuit
what’s even funnier is this was one of the first games i played on the xbox 360. i had a PS2 at home but i was gonna spend the weekend at my aunt’s house one time and my uncle had an xbox 360 so my mom took me to blockbuster to rent some games for the 360 before dropping me off. i got this and Grand Theft Auto IV. i played the shit out of this for like 2 hours before quickly growing tired of the repetitive nature of the game and the fact that the iron man voice sounded nothing like Tony Stark. i was like 12 at the time so wasn’t clever enough to pinpoint why that might be, i just thought there was something off about it but couldn’t quite pinpoint why. i also grew tired of having to earn money to buy upgrades and kind of hated the combat. I ended up playing GTA IV only for the rest of the weekend. fun times. i miss blockbuster.
