Bet you right, BTS & ARMY often get attacked by other fandoms and the industry. The mainstream industry has been toxic and manipulated, and when BTS came to the top organically, and supported by organic fans, people lashed out and try so much to stop us. BTS know what ARMYs have been going through when it comes to protecting them. And armys know the hardships BTS have to faced in the industry. This sense of community between us is what makes us strong and the size we are today. To be honest, BTS have created a whole new meaning in fandom-artists relationship, its more meaningful and life changing, it has the power to change the world. We all know Music and entertainment has play such an important role in the 21st century, but i've never seen artists that made their influence this positive and this big. I feel like BTS were chosen to change the game and perspective in the industry. We have moved to an era where music and entertainment is not solely just entertainment. I feel like entertainment is the new education, and its important that these public figures shows a good example to the generations and need to realize the impact they have on society. And for me, BTS being young adults in their 20s and doing all these positivity makes me want to support them even more. I believe in BTS and the music they put out, i believe and i trust them as individuals. Thats also why we want to spread their music and we wont shut up about BTS, because i truly feel our world, we all need a little bit of BTS to make it a better place

One In An ARMY organizes charity around the world every month + special events for the members birthdays. This month's charity went to Ocean Defenders, an organisation that clean the oceans and protect sea life ! But it isn't the only fanbase that does so. In fact a lot of fanbases accounts organize charity in the countries they live in. And sometimes we decide to organize emergency charity for urgent matters like recently with the Palestine issue, India's Covid-19 crises etc. It makes me very emotional everytime I see ARMY getting hyped up to help people in need. And Fun fact: ARMY donates in the name of BTS, but BTS members also often donate in ARMY's name 💜 Isn't it a beautiful way to show love for each other ? 😊

I dont think other people, out side the fandom, really knows a whole lot about BTS and what they stans for or about ARMY and the amount of time and effort we put, not just towards the band itself but to each other and other people. Theres a part in one their songs that easily explained says "its not about being special and enjoying the spotlight, but rather celebrating together." Although it does describe BTS mentality as well, it a perfect description of ARMY. We dont hype up their art and them just because, we hype them up because we truly think theres not a single person in this world who wouldnt gain SO MUCH, from this experience. BTSxARMY has something for Everyone and its a shame that due to these "stereotypes" people usually associate boybands and their fandoms with, so many people are missing out on these positive effects BTSxARMY together are creating. The parts where the video emphasize about whatever bts touched sell out proves that Armys are not only comprises of young teenagers but a big part of Armys were adults who have financial gain to afford all those stuffs. This entire discrediting, bullying, and all that to ARMY is so damn real. I'm a 27 yo French woman (well almost 27) and I follow BTS since their debut just when I graduated high school; you have no idea, even to this day some of my closest friends don't see what's behind all of that. In France ARMY is constantly bullied on social media, BTS so damn discredited by our media and probably only because of the "boy band" thing that no one can get over... It's so frustrating to be treated like a child when you're a grown-up woman simply because "I Love BTS'. But every time I bond with Army, with BTS, or when I see this video, my heart feels so warm because I truly believe BTS and ARMY want to change the world.

Ill make another comment just to say that there are actually some ARMY reactors that every month chooses a different "one in an army" charity project and donated their Patreon income to those charitys. This way those who follow then and joins to their Patreon, can use that money to also be apart of these charity projects, just by watching BTS content. I think thats just a brilliant idea! I know that for some, patreon can offer a little extra income, but to those who can afford to, its a nice way to support a cause. Its pretty creative!🙏

Thank you for another great reaction. I also learned about BTS thru my daughter. She would tell me about them but after I saw them on Ellen DeGeneres show I saw how talented and sincere they were I was hooked. I still wasn't fully ARMY but in the past year and a half I dove fully in. I think there is a saying that ' You find BTS when you need them the most' (not totally sure if I got that correct but that is the way I interpreted it). I find this totally in myself, I'm in my mid 40's, I'm just finding that I need to love myself and I don't think I ever knew how. She makes a lot of videos that explain the meaning behind BTS‘s music videos, which is really helpful since many have quite an air of mystery about them. In fact, BIG HIT has created an entire fictional universe, literally called the BANGTAN UNIVERSE (BU), which uses the boys as fictional characters as part of a still ongoing storyline, using some of their MV’s and other created videos and including the first season (so far) of a webtoon titled SAVE ME, and two books titled THE NOTES #1 & #2 (Gasp)! I could go on and on about this, but I’ll stop there; I’m sure many other commenters will describe this universe to you and encourage you to jump into it if you are so inclined. But honestly, it’s one of the most unique things that I’ve ever seen created for a group of musical artists! Also, it’s one of the major things that has contributed to BTS’s massive success. Another creator of great BTS-related videos, like the super “introduction to BTS (2021)” is a gal named IDA S, so I encourage you to look her up. One of my favorites is her “JUNGKOOK is the main vocalist of BTS,” partly because he is my ultimate BIAS (favorite); you learn so much and the video is so creatively made. Dean, before you get too deep into the MVs, I’d like to suggest that you start watching some of BTS‘s DANCE PRACTICES (DPs). They film a dance practice of them performing the choreography for just about every song they’ve made a music video for, and even quite a few that don’t even have an MV (see ATTACK ON BANGTAN, e.g., one of my favorites)! The boys work so hard on perfecting and synchronizing their Choreo, and we don’t get to see much of this in the formal MV’s, so the DPs are their gift to us and are a testament to their talent and hard work. Every single one is a work of art and very deserving of our time and attention! Especially, the early ones show how precise and exact they were as a team right from the very beginning. See: NO MORE DREAM and WE ARE BULLETPROOF PART 2. My early favorites and the ones that really drew me into BTS are DANGER and I NEED U. I really really really hope that you will find time to put these two on your schedule in the near future!! I know you’ll enjoy them! One final thought for this comment: you’ve heard about the speeches that BTS was invited to give at the UNITED NATIONS. I’m going to look up the link for you to the video that shows the first speech in 2018 and that has the most accurate subtitles. Yes, subtitles. Even though RM, our fluent English speaker, is delivering the speech, In English, it still helps to be able to read subtitles at the same time so you know exactly what he’s saying. There’s one video that has a couple words incorrect and it really messes things up. You should check out the "permission to dance" challenge, they only added like 1/4 of the participants lol they were way to many. A lot of RU-vidr armys did it and also people with disabilities. It was amazing and beautiful

One of my biggest flexes is stanning BTS and being part of Army.

I am a 62 year old ARMY from Canada and beyond the fact that I am super impressed by the members, their music and performance, I am most impressed by the good they are doing and their positive message and influence. They give me hope for future generations. I think this video should be required viewing for anyone learning about BTS...the fandom is impressive in their good works. Mostly you hear about the 1% of toxic fans (let's face it, 1% of a fandom of this size is a lot of people). This tiny amount are sometimes the loudest and give the rest of the fandom a bad name. We aren't all screaming teenagers and even most of the teenage fans are respectful and doing good works. Trust me, teenagers aren't selling out Palisade vehicles and expensive phones....older fans are. Thank you for taking the time to learn about the fandom. I think you would enjoy their 2 speeches at the United Nations (and they have been invited to speak again in September 2021) and their 2020 graduation speeches. They are always doing good things and spreading hope. Be happy that your daughter is being influenced by such great artists! PS ARMY loves watching long videos with new fans.

Many people don't know the depth and width of ARMY impact. For ARMY, we don't want accolades but what we want is people to not trivialize and dismiss us because it's a fandom of a "boy-band" and the fandom that has female majority. As for product endorsements, yeah this year they are ambassadors for Louie Vuitton, they partnered with McDonald's--- i also read harvard papers written about BTS, they deslt with economics, marketing and branding. Some business are taking notes about BTS marketing strategies etc. --- BTS are true world influencers and leaders.

I remember well when the Amazon was burning, that it was the BTS Army that kept trying to raise awareness about it and raising funds to help stop the fires and do reforestation projects. So proud to be Army!

This is what it means to be a BTS fan. For the majority of us, they've inspired and healed and helped us in insurmountable and indefinable ways. This is actually true because on December 2019 there's a big typhoon in the Philippines, each individual members and the ARMY's donated thousand of dollars for the people of the Philippines that was hit hard by this typhoon. I love on USA but my cousins said that they received help from BTS & Army's and the Mayor of Manila Isko Moreno thank BTS and Philippine ARMY'S (not the soldiers) for their donations. Not only that, BTS ARMY'S all over the world donated to countries that was hit hard by the pandemic. How cool is that? No other celebrities can do that generosity. But I'm so impressed with the BTS ARMY'S in the Philippines mostly celebrities and ABS-CBN Network donated goods and money to hard hit provinces in the country. As a fan I am proud to all army's out there all over the world. Army's are not just some 15 yr old teenagers as what James Corden said in his show. I'm 45 yo and I love BTS. They inspire me seriously to do better, towards myself and to others. Literally I learned to love myself and learned to show more kindness to others.

Yep, I think the best next video should be the "Hardships" one because it explains really every BTS choices and decisions and ARMYs too.

Most people don’t know about the good deeds of armys..even some people within the fandom don’t know about it..most people including some within the fandom love to focus on the negative side..I know there are toxic fans but i feel proud of the fandom..i’ve seen many people saying they left the fandom because of some toxic fans..they go out and talk bad about armys because they probably never look at the good things armys have been constantly doing.. The media and people only talks about the toxic ones while millions of armys have been constantly doing charity works every month around the world..

You have no idea how much ARMY get bullied in social media, they are being called toxic fandom. Other fandom always tried different ways to drag ARMY down.. but no matter what ARMYs never give up.. & as an ARMY myself never going to stop supporting bts.

Your cat is a whole.mood. 💜 I doubt if many know the work we are doing for our world but then again, we dont do it for recognition, we do it because its right and we're inspired by BTS. 💜 And yes, sadly, ARMY as a fandom is often attacked by other fandoms. Other fandoms project their disappointment that their favs are not as successful as BTS. And media often wants to portray the fans as mindless, screaming young girls which is far from the truth. 💜
