THIS IS HARD - Citalopram (Celexa) withdrawal, my 5 week update 

This is a follow up video from my original post on coming off of Citalopram after 16 years.
The last 5 weeks have not been easy, the withdrawal symptoms have changed and my sleep has taken a battering because of that.
Still, I’ve come too far from 20 mg to 5 weeks of zero to quit now.
