The amount of Council tax paid deprnds on the value of your house. Band H council tax rates are for houses that were worth more than £350,000 back in 1991. Band A council tax is for the least expensive houses.@NanelleGriselda

I’m in Europe too, when you buy a house here you MUST take out a life insurance in case anything happens to you. The bank is ensuring that their loan is insured. If you were to die whichever way, the house is automatically paid off. Whoever inherits gets it debt free.

Its cheaper to pay for tv licence as a one off than monthly. Also if you don't need a new phone every 2 years, you can pay less on sim only contracts with all you can eat data and minutes. You got my reply wrong. I mean 650 for mortgage is actually a good deal. What I meant is other places are so expensive, where I live mortgage for a 2 bedroom starts from 1500 a month.
Great inaight. I imagine difficult to quantify depending where you live in the UK. We have found when comparing north vs south, the north can often be upto 30% cheaper.
This is detailed and informative for some of us looking to own houses in the next 3 years. What you spend in a month is too expensive like someone is paid that or less here in N.I as salary. But without the camera roughly £2000. Trick is have less subscriptions even if you feel you might need them. I noticed I have youtube premium and only use it 8 times a month 😅, now we are back to normal ads 😂😂.

Nanelle council tax is way cheaper in your area for 3 bedrooms ha …. We pay £174 for a bedroom depending on the area you live.. it’s not easy in England 😅

Omg Nanelle! You pay $220 per month for day care?? We're going to be paying $1,100 per month here in Sacramento, California and my brother and his wife pay $2,900 per month! Oh and we pay about $4,000 per month for our mortgage!
I'm in West London, and I can tell you it is insanely expensive right now, a double room in shared accommodation I am paying £800 a month, living single and on a budget my total monthly cost is £2000 just to survive!
@@belindashongwe3815 There is a pros and cons, pros are the accessible travel network, to and from work is 25 to 40 mins, I hate the thought of spending hours on M25 just to commute to work, also varieties and availabilities of cheap African foods, the cons is expansive accommodation and pollution.
