It’s nice to see how passionate the business owner is of Assamese culture. It’s important to keep the culture and history of your ethnicity. India has so much diversity (and so much beauty) and as a Tamil I’m happy to see that people are proud of their ethnicity and not simply bow down to the pressures from Delhi to embrace the Hindi culture as Indian culture.
I am an Assamese and we don't feel pressure from Delhi or any Hindi culture. Because as Indians we need to live together as one nation. I am both proud as an Assamese and as an Indian. Although I am happy to share my culture with everyone.
Yea it's you south people who have problem with Hindi , nobody tells you to speak Hindi , even English was not going to be used in government works but it stayed because of you all , because you all have problem with Hindi , I went to North east they know their language they know Hindi and they know English too , they are not complain box like you

I visited Assam in June of 2019, it's a nice place. You see a more diverse population up there in the northest corner of India. I saw a lot Napalese people there and a few other Asian types there.

If u are in India, just install Rapido. I usually go to Uzaan Baazar to buy stuff😂 and it takes around 40-50 INR. With 300 INR you can go to Shillong (Meghalaya) 😢 Feels good to see my place in your vlogs. Lots of love to you❤

We indians are very proud for our every state, its diversity, culture , looks, language, food, music, dance etc. God Krishna made our land full of everything, we have snow, ocean, desert, fertile plains, lots of rivers, mountains, everything in balance way😂. @@Davud_Akh , it would be more suitable if you go in any city in India, You can contact any local food vlogger , youtuber who has some good amount of subscribers or little popularity, they can assists you for various places and local foods without hectic issues. At-least 1-2 day you they can assist you. Because local peoples know much more about their cities and they would be more trustable compare to random guys.

Seeing from the video, the food there looks tasty, the veriety of rice is amazing, the owner and people there are friendly and the restaurant itself is quiet peaceful and beautiful and top of all the collections of books there is interesting, someday when i visit Guwahati again, i would love to visit that restaurant, sit and read the books and try the food there. You should explore our tribal villages too (for example I am from bodo community from Udalguri , Guwahati to my home is 150km ) and then travel to northern part of Arunachal Pradesh places like Bomdila,Dirang ,Tawang etc. The more you travel north from Guwahati city to villages people's facial features changes too some look southeast asian ,some look completely like east asian
