This video might actually be the useful for finding my style that I've come across. It just made me realize that I actually love wearing skirts and dresses but my wardrobe is filled with pants and it's because I hate shaving my legs. I'll be making a wax appointment monthly now, so that I can wear all my pretty dresses. ❤

In case no one told you, this is the year for not just finding but owning YOUR style! When you are grounded in yourself, what you like and find what makes you FEEL amazing then it will be so much easier to stop overspending or impulse shop. These are the steps I took, and still swear by, to find my style without buying new, or thrifted, clothes!

I recently discovered that I just don't feel great wearing sneakers. I keep trying to embrace that cute casual look but it's not me. I got tired of people asking me where I'm going when I dress up more but I don't care. Unless I'm doing errands like laundry or groceries or working out, I like to wear a heel. Nothing crazy because I walk a lot in NYC, but a mid heeled shoe is my go to to feel put together. I even did a heeled boot with jeans and a sporty bomber jacket the other day and that made the outfit in a way a sneaker wouldn't for me. Anyways, it just taught me to not care if I stand out. I also really love skirts and dresses and don't care if it seems too much.

You're forgetting my biggest catergory hangup, this will fit future me. Got lots of clothes i love that wont fit again unless i lose weight, or sometimes gain.

It sounds like you've found your amazing style, now it's about actually building out the wardrobe with pieces that work for the You NOW because YOU deserve to wear what you love. For the clothes that are too big consider taking them to a tailor to get them fitted to the beautiful body you have now! The too small clothes you could sell and slowly replace with pieces that work for where you are now.

Is green your favorite color? It seems like you wear and buy a lot of items in some shade of green! That Lori Harvey line was funny 😂 I agree, women wear leggings way too much…some women have more leggings than actual clothes… Outfit at the 12:10 mark 🥰 love the shoes too!

My favorite color is actually purple but I own like two things that are purple 😂 Aye Lori is ruthless with these men and I can admire that she seems to know what she wants because that's the attitude you need when deciding what's worth spending my money on from a clothing perspective. I'm not opposed to leggings at all, some girlies be killin the look, it's just not an everyday look for me. I appreciate you!
