White Okay ru-vid.comUgkx6K7NWahp9y3ir1gVAwysOCHOOPSnWZbw . I got it from my browser's history. I know that it's really frustrating to be over-weighted but all is possible with a strong determination. Good luck…..
I always consider Time> Money and often spend money on expensive train tickets to get to places faster. Which is why I consider the second option which is to have meal preps
I bought AX1 and then Ultimate Arms off him and I am not disappointed. I'm worth the investment and he's given me so much for free that I felt compelled to buy a program off him.
This made me spit water through my nose. Cleary another fan. Hahah. Those facepulls though - fixed my poster and an issue in left shoulder. Jeff will always be king for that!
He doesn't lose fat, he doesn't gain fat in the first place! His body doesn't have to store any new fat, since he stays lean year round. They store all the carbs in the muscles and liver that are renewed immediately upon depletion, use all proteins efficiently for muscle, and use all fat for endocrine hormones and immediate energy release. He never lose fat he never gains any. He burns them off right as they're being digested due to healthy nutrition (insulin friendly carbs) and big muscles (energy eaters).
I lost 73 pounds this year from drinking five liters of water a day and intermittent fasting. I eat six small meals between 7am and 5pm (one meal every two hours). I also only drink my water between 7-5pm. I’m about to drop below 300 lbs. I can’t wait!!
Although, at least in this case, Fast & Cheap but not Good is not an option. In other words, eating a reduced amount of cheap fast food will result in weight loss but is unhealthy.
Your videos are saving lives if people will just listen. I'm thankful I found your channel, from 410 lbs to 170 lbs in 27 months. Thanks for all the free tips you give out to help people!👍
He's saying to get two-thirds of the sum of F+C+G, you need to multiply by two-thirds. Dividing by two-thirds gives you three halves of the sum (A number larger than the orginal sum).
Just a quick side note to put the science back in strength: The correct formula should be: (F + C + G) * (2/3) since if you divide by a fraction, you multiply by the reciprocal. According to the formula shown in the video you would then choose 4.5 out of 3 options instead 2 out of 3.
How amazing would it be if Jeff made a “Basic anatomy” series? Great for students and professionals alike, especially with that anatomical gold mine of a body!
"You can't beat the sh*t out of my fancy-animations-and-compensation-for-lack-of-experience-by-citing-research-papers-and-EMG-studies without getting closer."
“Fed up with the BS” Jeff is my favorite Jeff. Always great information; it’s refreshing to have a constant source of knowledge that doesn’t give in to the latest “fitness craze”. Thank you for all you do!
None of the results make true sense whether you multiply or divide anyhow. It seems like 2 out of those 3 letters are supposed to create a whole together, however g.luck getting 1 or 100% with this formula. What I'm trying to say is as follows; the formula is not a real mathematical formula, he is just trying to get a point across.
85 mins of cardio 4 times a week and a little weights each day. "Arc, Elliptical, Upright Bike" Good diet, plenty of veggies and high protein Active lifestyle That's what I did ....BOOM! RESULTS! 💥💯
@@JonJon-pj9ly depends on your weight size and calorie intake daily..the smaller you get and more control on the diet you can slow down the cardio for sure.
@@jtreal Completely agree with your approach. Having a strong aerobic base when you work hard is just amazing! I swear I need less rest in between sets and I need less rest between workouts. I lost about 15% of my body mass, but I'm feeling way more energetic and my workouts are far more intense. I only do moderate/low hr cardio At first it was just to compliment my main workouts, but after covid and the closedowns I just added more cardio and after coming back to the gym now I just feel so much stronger than before.
@@jonk1446 thanks brother, ya sounds like you're doing great keep it up! Our gym's aren't open yet here in Canada Ontario still phase 2 here, but since summer is here I'm getting out on my bike and hitting the trails getting my cardio somehow Haha! Hopefully back to the gym next month "fingers crossed" 👍💯
Great video! I find a mix of 2&3 is good. Using a meal supplement like Huel for Breakfast / rushed lunches and then preparing enough dinner on a couple of nights to cover lunches. 1 note - I think the math should be (F+C+G) x 2/3.
@Lauren Lynley When on a low bf, high carbs are crucial for energy an performance, it will be burnt off anyways. Keto are for fat people over short periods of 2 months max.
@@eliteviktor3 I wouldn't recommend keto to fat people tho, I would recommend them a diet with nutrition on point and tell them to build muscle and lose weight at the same time
@Abhilasha Sen nahh, but I was a fat guy who lost 110 pounds over the period of 7 months and gained 6 pounds of muscle mass, and I have stayed my ideal body fat percentage for the last 5 years and have a lot of energy, which the keto diet didn't provide for me, it was just a temporary weight loss for 1 month before I started feeling miserable and had no energy
@Abhilasha Sen I eat carbs, if I don't eat carbs I just get tempted to eat a lot of them and then go on a spree of eating them for a straight week, so yeah keep eating carbs but try to reduce them and replace with some vegetables or fruits, that helped me a lot
Here's s free program. Put less food in your mouth. Do it like weight training. Eat a little less every week. Keep going until you're happy with the amount of weight you're losing a stay there. Don't ever eat as much as you were originally eating again.
Someone once asked me why I run in the afternoon telling me it's scientifically better to run in the morning or around 7 pm Me with school in the morning and working at night said the best time is the time you have to run
I find counting macros and counting calories takes over your life. I’d rather cut out the junk food and bad carbs and exercise. I can get into Jeff’s recommended lifestyle over the fads that aren’t things you can do long term.thank you Jeff!!
Hey man, I’ve always stayed in the gym and biked and such, since 15, now I’m 45. Just took a year off, well did some hiking and jogging before summer heat. After lots of beer, bad food, bad sleep, cigs now and then.............the weather is good and decided to ride the bike. So today I hiked the dog a few miles, then napped, then lightly rode bike for 30 minutes. After riding I was just nauseated and light headed for about 30 minutes. Pretty normal after not working out for so long? I’ve never gone that long. Normal? Getting used to higher oxygen again, blood pressure changes...?......
These diets are ‘cult like’. Pride bias. I guess that belief helps him not feel guilty about eating GMO, non-organic, refined, artificially ripened and processed food each day “Don’t go on paleo, instead eat whipped cream, grains, dairy and my artificially extracted protein powder with some added chemicals, that might make you look better and make me more money!”. I’ve been on Paleo for 11 years. Is it a diet? It depends on your definition of ‘diet’. It’s the most enjoyable nutritional guidelines I’ve had. People that follow the paleo guidelines well, are going to feel better, perform better mentally and physically, get sick less often and live longer than the average person on Jeff’s diet. He’s more focussed on looking ripped and his business than holistic health and happiness
Tbh, while I am not a bad cook myself, preparing these kinds of shit every day takes serious time and I don't deny that I am too lazy for it. So, here is my formula: 3in1: Cheap + fast + good Mini Packaged salad (50 gr) + Canned Tuna (170gr) + Jasmine Rice Bag(ready in 10 mins) Put the rice to boil first and in meanwhile you will have enough time to prepare the rest. It is even faster than any food delivery out there. If you have mercuryphobia, then you can replace it with eggs, cottage cheese, or Harzer cheese with low sodium and you can just adjust the fat intake by yourself.
This formula is mathematically wrong. (F+C+G)/(2/3)=3*(F+C+G)/2 btw I am living 3 years with Fast & cheap, and in my opinion it is Good also. I don't have time to cook and I never bought fast foods, instead, I chose using cans as a prepared meal. I mixed them up and in 5 minutes I have a meal. But many people don't like cans. They think it is contaminated with metals. in the past it might, right now with many regulations and tests, I should be safe!
Time= Fast, Quality=Good, Money=Cheap this is something which is followed while selling projects even in consulting firms. Applies to everything in life if you look at it broadly, it's also called the golden triangle and achieving all three is never realistically possible. Nice video
I like how you can see Jesse's reflection when he approaches Jeff. Hahah

Fast, Cheap, Good = dates and figs in bulk, fruits in general are great nutrition, don't judge by sugar content. Precook meat if you don't have the half hour - hour that day. Orange lentils cook up quick, vegetable mixes in bags are cheap and stir fry in 15 minutes or less. I guess it's harder for people that don't like eating simple "whole" foods most of the time, I live off of meats, beans, potatoes, vegetables and dried fruits through the week.
Weight loss is all about consistency, thanks for helping reinforce this it's no magic secret, you rock Jeff, FYI xero kicks ass!!! Thanks for helping me finally getting off my ass and getting into shape
