If police could recruit well educated and integral men and women just like KDF we would have a disciplined police force not this thugs we see on roads in uniforms

If Kenya had hundreds of f 5 s That would be a force to reckon with. Uganda acquired sukhoi su-30mk2. Three of those could sweep Kenya air force from the sky! No, we don't have a modern air force.
Sukhoi is bad ass, Ug has quite the arsenal for battle. Unless things have changed they were the only East African country with SAF missile launchers. Having been in battle for longer than Kenya it is expected they have made steps to improve their mission capabilities, before invasion of Somalia in 2011 KDF was in all honesty a career military unit, zero aggression

Somalia has decades to go to have any semblance of proper governance leave alone dreaming about annexing other countries. First crush the alshabaab militants, deal with clan militias and encourage your refugees holed up in Dadaab to come back and help reconstruct your country.
