Ordered my bottle today. Hoping and praying it helps! I have the worst insomnia ever. I just cannot fall asleep at night for anything! I dread when night time comes because it’s a battle for me. I wake up feeling shitty, tired, spacey, drained, mean, cranky. It’s been going on for a few years now. I think my insomnia is starting to affect my heart because I’m starting to feel discomfort in my heart. Tried trazadol, melatonin, CALM, ZQuill, etc. nothing works so I’m hoping and praying this stuff works for me! Thanks for the info BTW! Much appreciated.
I love every type of product from Natural Stacks. I have been using Mag Tech for years along with other products. Very informative video. Looking forward to more videos. I can not recommend them enough. I love them.
I've taken a lot of different forms of magnesium and this product that you are showing us has the best forms of magnesium. They are especially good for anxiety, mood, relaxation and sleep. Most Americans are deficient in magnesium and it is important that we get enough in our diet or through supplements. I also have discovered that magnesium should be taken with vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and omega 3 supplements for the best synergistic results, so that calcium will not end up in your soft tissues, but be directed to bones and teeth.
So glad I came across this. I have been having a hard time sleeping for a long time. I won't be taking melatonin any more. Didn't know it wasn't good to take. Thank you so much for this info.
Very informative video. Don't exactly know the different types of magnesium and corresponding uses for each type. Now I know. Excited to try Magtech. Thank you.
Some good info but I have found Magnesium Oxide works for me! Good quality sleep and relaxed. I will try some of these other brands you mentioned but I have noticed a difference with this type of Magnesium. Thanks!
Thank you so very much I just started doing intermittent fasting and of course my sleep patterns are completely off I made the mistake of buying magnesium oxide the cheapest on the market and was not aware of all of the other kinds and their values I really appreciate this information
Chronic insomnia for decades. I cannot tell you know what your talking about. I have done a lot to improve my sleep but have noticed the Magnizium does help. The different kinds you mentioned is worth a try ! Thanks.
I was recommended Mag-Theo for PMS, anxiety & insomnia but unfortunately I had a bad reaction to it which gave me more anxiety and terrible headaches. I fixed the insomnia with CBT-I, worked like a charm but I am now PMSing again (periods are so relentless 🙄) which always means 3-4 days of heightened nerves, anxiety, increased body temp and bad sleep. I took Mag G years ago with no bad side effects so I am excited to try this form again! Thank you for breaking down all the different forms.
After listening to this I found a magnesium supplement containing threonate taurate & glycine.... I was in despair because of 3 months of insomnia .. unable to fall asleep .. hypnic jerks... surviving on 2 hours of sleep if lucky. This was a game changer... 5 nights in and I'm almost back to normal. Prescription drugs were temporary and didn't have the desired effect and I really was reluctant to use highly addictive drugs. Over the counter remedies didn't work either. This has been a godsend.
I just got through a 3 month stint of insomnia as well. Took forever to finally get back to normal. Alot of times it happens to men in their mid to late 30's when your testosterone starts to sharply drop. My t levels were dirt and the insomnia made it worse
I have never tried but am looking for a nighttime magnesium, I thought 500mg was the go to for me,so will look into. Thank you for the first month free !!
Did anyone get severe headaches on starting this? If so, how long did it take to settle? I know its not the glycinate, as already taken this for years. Would be really helpful to know
Magessium glycineate does nothing for my sleep ..its so frustrating 😫 Magessium citrate I take during the day makes me sleepy and nausea I cannot win ...sleep has always been an issue fir me with my anxiety and over thinking and worry head 🙃
Experiencing long Covid for 15.5 and insomnia has been BRUTAL. I’d be so grateful to be able to try this! And the supplements I’m currently taking do have many fillers. I’d love to try so I can help other long haulers.
i dealt with long haulers as well... this helped a bunch. check out my course on sleep optimization... if i didn't know what i know about sleep i would have suffered much more. www.thesleepadvantage.co/trip-wire1602270606246 Hope it helps
I'm definitely wanting to try magnesium glyconate or threonate. I'm leaning mostly towards glyconate because calm and sleep are the biggest issue for me.
I couldn't find the threonate and the lady suggested glycnate and was like, oh no it's threonate. She was absolutely right and now I regret it. Still sleeping awful lol. Gonna get today
Hi! Thank you for taking time out to do this research to help us live healthy live... God bless you. Question.. can't his help e with high blood pressure?
My son is disabled and magnesium has helped him to go to the bathroom. Every thing the Dr gave him made him have terrible side effects but the magnesium and a coffee makes him go right away. He feels better too.😅 It works. Truck drivers should keep this product.
I have been taking for some time a 400 mg dosage of Magesium Glucinate an hour before bed to supplement food sources of magnesium. That seems to work well for me for sleep. I recently ordered Magtech and am taking one in the morning, considering two if one agrees with my gastro processes. I don't plan to alter my evening regimen with the Magnesium Glucinate because it works so well for sleep and just want to see what other benefits Magtech brings for cognition and calming.
I take a magnesium citrate every night at bedtime. I sleep soundly for about 5 hours before I wake up to urinate. It does not help my bowel movements at all. To each his own.
Update, I tried it. It works great but their charging me 10$ in shipping. Will be cancelling until there shipping rates come down some. Most supps I get offer free shipping :(
Tks soooo much Kyle, awesome video. I v much doubt that i can get the magnesium with the 3 different types in it here in South Africa 😕. Any other ideas ? Take care, hugs
Watched an undercover report a few years ago when a reporter submitted a number of supplements for testing / verification. 70% of what was stated on the bottle was not actually in the tablets / pills.
besides magnesium and melatonine any other suggestions any other supplement i can take i am tired of taking melatonine and magnesium is there something more effective !
Hi Kyle, I have been suffering from severe insomnia for several months. I can fall asleep, but I wake up after 3 hours no matter what time I fall asleep? I have followed all the sleep recommendations with no improvement. I've been taking magnesium but mostly for nighttime muscle spasms in my legs. Is Magtech effective in preventing muscle spasms?
check with your doc, could be another deficiency like potassium as well per the cramps... but waking up then many times could also be tied to blood sugar
In October of last year I was diagnosed with irregular heartbeat AFib. In one of the videos that I was getting information as far as irregular heartbeat in May I will be 70 I have never taken medication ever since I retired very active outside with my plants digging and digging to plant more plants LOL on one of the videos it says that when you have irregular heartbeat it's because you are lacking MAGNESIUM?????? PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK!!!. Thank you so much
Is it normal to feel too relaxed all day to the point of feeling sleepy, I must admit I couldn't sleep before magnesium treatment but now I want to sleep all day 😥
Last night i took 2 400mg of magnesium citrate and woke up feeling just like you a lil too relaxed... At least it lowered my pulse and bp but i don't want to feel so relaxed during the day. Maybe dosage or mg type will fix this.
I’ve been taking Mag Glycinate for almost a year and it does nothing for my sleep unfortunately. I get about 4 hours then wake up and can’t go back to sleep, however, it does help with my muscle cramps so I’m reluctant to give it up. Is it alright to take the mag gly AND L-threonate? Maybe MG in the mornings and L-T before bed?
Great quality from Natural Stacks! MagTech is the best Mg supplement i've been able to find. Def my fav supplement from them. MagTech, Blue Blockers and a nice cool room always get me in a deep, restful sleep! Great vid, great content! Thank you!
question: can I take different types of magnesium in one day? For instance, magnesium citrate for bowel movement in the day, and magnesium glycinate for sleep before bed time?
