I have heard during the interview on cined that the readout speed is around 12ms on 12k open gate on 25fps. Which is quite impressive. Also it drops down to 6ms on 8k and 4k open gate. It is faster than Sony burano. I think on the Burano was 17ms on their 8K sensor. In Europe full package of blackmagic ursa cine is around 12000 euro incl tax cheaper than the burano lol

@@johnmorrisproductions it actually comes with the B mount plate. They said there will be a V mount plant available but with limited functionality when using v mounts since it requires 24v. But there are 26V v mount batteries.
@@johnmorrisproductions it’s the power draw. That sensor and that many screens it’s going to be a power hungry beast. Same as the Pyxis moving to BPU. I mean honestly it doesn’t matter either way I guess. I’d have to move to 26v v mounts n replace all my 14v or just replace them with B batteries. It’s more the annoyance of not having any B mount batteries laying around in the trucks of other crew. Will be limited to B battery availability.
