Always love to see this stuff!!! I hope you start aiming for the 'primary residence' market with the same approach to permitting and zoning! A turn-key solution for land purchase and construction would be so awesome!
I hope both your flat pack and prefabbed homes also allow for tiny mobile home versions that are trailer friendly as land and hooking up to city utilities is expensive. Also if it isn't already, finished interior siding must become part of your wall panel system so no additional steps finishing or otherwise need to be done besides erecting and locking the panels into place with the flat pack version. In another video on your company a spokesman said that the interior still needed to be completed on-site for some reason. I hope this will change soon. So do your wall panels presently only provide the structure (with additional support needed), insulation, and exterior siding in one panel? Or does additional structure/support still need to be installed by the builder? Hopefully, the interior finish will become part of your system soon as well as the structure if it isn't already so we can have the entire building shell in one panel. In another video, I heard that you still can't provide the floor and roof panels (in your flat packs) due to the building codes? Is this still true? And if so do you see that changing any time soon?
You mean like the original Tesla Roadster? Sure. But where may Mighty Buildings be in their development process 10 years from now!? A first design is rarely perfect, it needs improved and scaled up over time, for cost effectiveness.
I wouldn't live in it, nor would I put my loved ones in it. California is Earthquake Country. What do you suppose happens to the person sleeping in that bed, when all that glass shatters? Even if all of it were Auo Safety Glasss if the pain were to fall inward it would crush the person in the bed. I see too much thought given to aesthetics and not enough to customer safety.
