"I haven't seen moves like that before. Interesting." - V.I FREUD. The build is at the end of the video! #armoredcore6 #freud #metalgearrising #rulesofnature #speedbuild #bossfight
Given he uses funnels and it's called out, any Gundam fan will smell a newtype here. But I really like that setup, that he has no augmentations and his personality is basically 'typical AC player' in mindset.
He’s also just a guy that lives for the fight. No sense of corporate duty, no hate for 621, just a guy searching for the fight of his life with Locksmith.
There's an AC on AC4Answer that was so fast, so fast, that I could never defeat him, I only won the battle because he moved so fast he got out of the battle zone and lost lol
I'd argue the augs make 621 even _more_ terrifying. 4th gens tend to be withdrawn almost to the point of being emotionless, but still horrifyingly capable. So instead of the usual banter, insults, and tactical callouts of the other factions, you have a dead silent AC tearing through everything in its path with a near complete disregard for mercy or compassion.
Oh yea. Speed is cool but I like the mech shown and is kinda disappointed at how thin looking it is. I guess I will still sticking with medium build for most of the game unless some boss need some heavy weight counters
@@yamasaerI don't see anyone using a repair kit in multiplayer, I don't have armored core 6 and I don't have a computer but I watch people playing multiplayer and not seeing repair kit so no.
Repair kits were only issued during the missions; in the Arena, there was none for fair play rules. Earlier AC games don't even have repair kits at all(unless stated otherwise, since I only played them on PSX/PS1 and PS2 eras).
V.I Frued is dog shit easy. If anything this guy did a "Hard Mode" run by playing on manual aim with a slow fire rate burst rifle and I think a linear rifle or a handgun. Which wasn't really too much of a "Hard Mode" when you're using Moonlight. Edit: It was a handgun. Didn't catch it at the end.
Careful use of Target Assist lock can help a lot to keep the enemy AC in view, especially if you're a close-range specialist (where the accuracy penalty won't hurt too much). Especially for melee weapons and kicks, you can't beat target assist
That little Handgun in this game, fires miniature freight trains, with the level of ACS Damage it does Reminds Me of My wack Quad-Pistol + Dual Linear Guns setup in the later 3rd Gen AC Games
@@KLK01 Yeah. You kinda have to make sure not to spam them and make every shot count unlike the laser pistol where it’s actually more beneficial if you spam them.
AC6: Wow! side boosting and shooting as dodging bullets too! AC4A Vet: *Constantly breaking sound barrier on a blade match* I got to say the video its pretty good how you play :D.
My experience in this fight with double flamethrower double 10x missiles: "AI controlled A-More! I want more!" Guy was a complete pushover, dead before overheating.
Good to see Freud is an actual challenge when you actually let him get going. The first three times I fought him the fight was over in an instant with the pile bunker.
"i wanna fight like this forever" "show him we aren't doing this for fun!" uuh.. lady i kinda agree with him, this highspeed shit is a fuckin ballet of violence and i love it
I know its Locked and Loaded. Im talking about how you leave the vocals out until the pivotal moment or climax of a fight. Just like in MGR boss fights.
v1 freud is just awesome he is the best of all vespers but the only thing he cares about is fighting thus while he is the commander he doesnt give orders
Im glad that you're branching out to other games and you chose specifically this, proud of you Sam now show those mercs what it means to be a Speed demon
Speed is def. for those who are more skilled in those games... Meanwhile I brute force my way through with a double meele charge build and an Anti-AC-Build with double stun lance (from the iceworm-mission)
@@geoffhatch4996 its more like, i saw a few poeple now saying that "freud" is a good test... and i just.. deleted it with my stupid build that i havent changed since end of chapter 3 essentialy
@weberman173 same here. In fact 99% of ACs I can down in less than 20 seconds with several builds. And the end bosses require brute forcing. The REAL AC build check is with pvp, where you can get vibe checked by some skinny stick with dual shotguns
Nice! I've just started my second playthrough and I run an ultra light build with 2 Zimmerman shotguns and 2 4-pod rocket launchers. If you want breakneck speed and devastating burst damage, then give it a try.
@@SamClaymor People is multiplayer will hate you, but so be it. My multiplayer is just "Cinder"'s weapons but stronger and more mobile. Named it Tsar Bomba, and everyone hated me because it lives up to its name.
for a small price of 18 boost speed and a bit of weight, you could slap 2 giant shock cannons on the back of that beauty and obliterate anything in seconds.
What we see is just two armored cores fighting in that open area. What my brain was imagining, they were fighting through out the area shattering all the buildings windows, taking shots at each other through the cracks of each building. Only to have a final show down in that open area in the video.
This reminds me of that metal gear clip when they’re shooting at each other almost point blank and missing for almost the same amount of time as this clip
@@SamClaymor it’s a certain cutscene that was a meme for awhile, not sure where it is or what specific metal gear game it was, I just remember seeing a few memes
I'm not far into the game (just got to Ch. 2) but my speed build has new levels to reach, it seems. I just hope I can use dual shotguns with this build lol
This is how I feel with my speed build, I'm not as skilled, but I fine tune my speed build depending on the mission briefing. 1 on 1 AC Vs AC? High speed, pistols for stagger, melee/missiles for damage. Boss fight? Heavier weapons, slower speed, but more generator capacity(for extra Quick Boost charges), unknown or general enemy force? Missiles with multi lock, linear rifle for one shot MT kills, and a weapon of choice. I prepare for what I'm going against, adjusting my base speed build to fit the bill.
On one particular run of this mission, I saw chatty die, fired artillery at Freud, nails him. He's staggered and already a third down on his health. Ashmead him. He's dead and it's barely been five seconds. That'll teach him for messing with chatty.
I did very similar thing i rushed over and pit both my heavy shotguns into his face and then pulse bladed him to death i think that was one fastest death i gave enemy in actual campaign in Arena fights were under 40 seconds usually heavy shotguns and pulse blade are devastating used iv yet go against actual player so far. I don't know If my butcher I-B be any good in PvP i made faster AC called dark butcher basically same weapons but 20% faster and lighter
