No what you do is you moisten it up a little then put it in a Spud gun and paint their house from a distance. Then you use the rest for the good ol flaming bag of dog shit on the front porch
Don't be a nice guy. Take pictures of the damage and take it to court. People like that don't care if you're nice, they'll take it and laugh behind your back every time.
yeah, saves a lot of money until the tenant decides to call the cops and have you arrested for trespassing, and littering bio-waste on your porch ... No matter how shitty of a renter they where, you still have to follow the laws ...
Christopher Comer if the cops let stupid DUMBASSES go and give oscar the stupid only 6 years sentence and they do this kind of stuff it's called corrupt cops not cops
Don't get me wrong, Canada is a nice country and the people are nice, but the majority are a bunch of libs. Correct me if I'm wrong and by the way.... wasn't some government official in Canada caught smoking crack or meth?
Lil ZUZU yeah he was quiet and it looked like the guy wanted to handle it cause she probably didn’t want him to go off at her cause it looked like his wife got scared when he said “you’re ducking lucky I’m a nice guy”
Lil ZUZU ya lmfao i don’t normally get intimidated by people screaming at me unless they have like an obvious advantage on me but when it’s the nice people and the people who never raise their voice who r screaming at you then you get that ah fuck feeling. but this stupid bitch in the red probably doesn’t even give a fuck
@Gloomy souls Are you a vegetarian by any chance? Cause that sounds like something one would say. Nothing wrong with that if you are but first of all chicken nuggets are rotting underneath a house and second chicken nuggets aren't really made out of chicken they may have some actual chicken in it but not complete chicken.
Passatb5 1.8t they know the law.. people who scam and people who actually keep the property. If you break the law or slip, let either take you to court. It’s not joke with these people. I feel like the law keeps the tenants safer tho.. in my experiences
@@AppleBottomJ definitely. But like I said, my thoughts go elsewhere... Couple nails in there driveway every few weeks, dog 💩💩 under there car door handles, endless magazine subscriptions filled out in there name, maybe have there house swatted. Just the tip of the iceberg 😉 don't get me started lol
@@AppleBottomJ yeah it's tough to pick the correct tenants, but perpetual income is the only way to an early retirement! I say keep it and try to be more picky in the future! Or just turn them over to a management company so they can deal with the headache and just send you a check! Lol
Would you rather have $1200 or $0 ? No way they would get the full amount they deserve. Sueing a rentie is like sueing a homeless, I know that's fucked up but it's TRUE. More than likely you'll get nothing from them. And if anything, its be a few hundred. $1200 already too much for someone who let 16 farm animals die under their care, gotta start high baby!
Well she probably knew she wouldn't get the rest of the money and didn't want to deal with going to court all the time. Plus, taking it to court is always a risk.
@@taratheus9214 no they were behind 1200 that they never paid (probably 1 whole months rent) and breached the lease agreement which inquired a penilty equivalent to 3 months worth of rent. So if rent was 1200 the penalty was 3600 on top of that . So 4800 over all and that does not include any of the damages which could easily be in the 10's of thousands.
You didn't return the dead chickens too?!? That would have been worth 1200. After 15yrs of property management, I would never rent my house out. People don't care.
You should not say that because there are hardworking people like myself in my wife who rent .... Dirtbag people give us good people a bad name. .. if I would rent one of your properties the most complained you would get out of us is that our house stinks like bleach cuz my wife cleans too much....
Danny Casino we need more renters like you. Still I wouldn't rent out my house, people like this female give renters a bad name. May your house hunting always be blessed.
Kugelspecht Einhorn With a name like yours, you should pipe down a bit. Your name reads like somebody fell asleep on the keyboard and gave you the first thing they made out.
That's why you charge a deposit and you're able to take tenants to court. But don't show up on somebody's doorstep. That's how people end up hurt or dead.
@Tiffany Paysbeing "allowed" to is not the same as being able to. Anyone can squeeze a trigger permit or not. You don't need a permit for rifles or shotguns either.
Sue them. Why on earth would you let them go. They need an eviction So they can never rent again!! Now your passing them on to some other poor owners! Sue them!! FOR EVERYTHING!!
This is from British Columbia Canada. Our legal system is not based on lawsuits like the U.S. where people stub a toe and start screaming "sue! im gonna sue!" Court would get cash back but time and effort not really worth it, depending on actual cost to repair, when/if they can get it direct from the douchebags. I would be informing the present Landlord about it and i would guess they did as well.
@Riley Nicole It doesn't matter if the landlord "deserved it" or not. Based on what the landlord said in the video, they pretty much lived at their home for a month for free, and damaged their property. That's an extremely scummy and horrible thing to do, no matter what the landlord did previously to "deserve it".
16 dead chickens?!?!?!? I would have not only sued the everloving crap out of them but also gotten the ASPCA and police involved for the animal cruelty People like that DESERVE to be behind bars and that's the truth! Idk how the owners of the property didn't kill this woman, I'd have been wringing her neck!
Nathan Jefferson I could easily insult you with fallacies, but the ignorance in your comment already shows how unintelligent you are to pick such low hanging fruit by belittling my appearance Have a nice day 😄😊
Sarah Fina oh.. I see it's OK for u to trash others but it's not cool when it happens to you.... hmmmmm.. nevertheless I didn't mean what I said, just wanted you to know how others might feel... ole mighty Judge!!
Nathan Jefferson The difference is I was judging not on aesthetics, their character, or making false assumptions like yourself. As a matter of fact, I didn't insult them whatsoever- only showing my distaste for the situation (which the renter didn't deny doing, knowing she was on camera), their need to be behind bars for animal cruelty, and joked how I'd have felt like wringing her kneck after cleaning up 16 dead chickens and watching her stand there smug and uncaring. Do you deny the logic in my post? Or are you so sensitive that my wording triggered you? Have you not seen others calling them trash, idiots, scumbags and bitches? Why aren't you taking ownership of your own commentary?
Sarah Fina .. LMAO... so u into polite insults huh? I'm not trying to pick an fight with you prettywoman. . u do know that right.. just note that there's always 2 sides on a coin
Considering they don't care about trashed houses, they would probably just move out and leave the owners to deal with it and then the cycle continues. Not to say that aren't other things that could be done...
LadiesManJay-Que I'm sure the dude wanted to punch her that's what he meant by saying he was a nice guy rather then do something costly he did something more suitable
If she would have trashed my house like that, she would be begging to only have trash left on her porch. I would likely be in prison afterwards. He IS a nice guy compared to what I would have done. It's all in the eye of the beholder
Straight to court means in 2 years, a lot of paper work, time, pain in the ass.... Going to real court is not like on Judge Judy. For 1200$ it's probably not worth it your time and effort.
Thank God I just now stumbled across it than.its driving me crazy, I love jumbled puzzles. I CAN'T SEEM TO figure out what they were trying to say for the life of me lol.
I cant stand people that live and rent other peoples homes that they worked hard years for and think they don't have to pay. Then have the nerve to leave trash.
If I had a home rented to me I'd be so happy. I always treat other people stuff better than my own, because I wouldn't want anyone treating my things bad, or look at me like I was a bad person.
@@janellcrews6108 👏🏻👌🏻😍 see I do the exact same!! People work years of their lives to pay for homes and most of the time the houses people rent arent even paid off yet.. the owner isnt usually making the money.. and going to court is so long and hard. Waaa the poor little landlord that takes the majority of working peoples money and inflates property prices is upset their tenants don’t care about their home... waaa
"I was waiting for a total." I love it when delinquents say that. You know what the rent is! It hasn't changed just because you skipped out on your lease, and ruined the house. Pay. Your. Rent.
I would NEVER rent out a house in this day and age. Everyone I know who has rented out has horror stories. My parents rented out their house, did background checks on everyone, reference checks etc. First guy, turned out to be a sex offender but because he was a Level 1 it didn't show up, only Level 2's and 3's apparently. He broke his lease because he ended up going back to jail. Family #2, trashed the house, had dogs & cats hidden in the basement, the lease said No Pets apparently they couldn't read. Then they stopped paying rent and had to be kicked out. A friend of mine has told me he has been to small claims court dozens of times over the years because of damage done by HUD housing losers. My former landlady rented out to a local church organization, every year the church would rotate out two people who lived above us. For the first three years, they were nice, the last year, and these people WORKED for the church, the couple turned out to be total a-holes, complained about the rent and left the window open in December letting in cold air and running the house out of fuel. Then the woman after that ran an illegal day care out of the apartment. I have a cottage with my property, people are always begging me to fix it up and rent it out. I would rather burn it down then rent out, it's too much of a hassle and nightmare with having to deal with people these days who are not mature enough to be able to treat other peoples' property with any level of respect.
Owning rental property is a dirty business. Years ago when I rented I got screwed out of my security deposits and went un-reimbursed for doing work to places my land lords agreed to pay for in advance. The last one, I collected rent from other tenants, made deposits into my land lord's accounts when he was out of town and oversaw his property. In return he sold the place to a guy who doubled my rent. When I moved out and decided to buy my own home, I was not given my security deposit back. I was told there was damage to my apartment, which there wasn't, I know, I fixed all the damage when I moved into it. I have little sympathy for anyone owning rental property who gets screwed by a tenant because I have seen more land lords screw tenants by far.
It's not so bad when you live on the property and in the house you rent to. That way, they can't really be overly messy or harmful because you live there and can make immediate decisions. My friend does that. Owns a house and has 3 people living as legal tenants in it, and himself.
I thought about going that route but then you have to take the day off work (lose money), file the court fee, (lose money) and there is no guarantee the small claims judge will file in your favor in the first place. The guy who bought the place from my original land lord was a real scum bag who owned rental property for a living so he knew all the in's & out's when it came to screwing tenants. The old guy was pretty decent who I originally rented from cut me a break on my rent because I took care of the place for him maintenance wise, kept the other tenants in line and collected rent from them (which was not easy either.) He would leave for 6 months out of the year and just trusted me to take care of things, which I did. I saved him a lot of money making repairs myself rather than calling out plumbers etc. The new guy told me he didn't need me to do that so he jacked up my rent. I didn't lift a frickin' finger to fix a thing for the next couple of months until I finally just bought my own place. When I told him I was moving out and asked my security deposit which he acquired from the past owner he would not give it back to me. So I moved out without notice and left the place looking like shit. I did not damage anything but I sure as hell didn't clean it up. I drove by the place some time back after being out of it for over 20 years and looks like absolute hell. Total section 8 now, the scum bag is renting to whoever will pay him to live there. I really feel sorry for the nice people who might still live in the neighborhood though.
I did that at this place. I lived in the building but I was basically the one in charge of it. Every time some little thing would break or something was not working right I would get my door knocked on. I had to collect everyone's rent when the land lord was out of town and had to listen to their B.S. excuses. I had to kick a guy and his burn-out high school dropout son because the kid was having his dope smoking buddies over while the dad was working night shift. They partied, made racket, played loud music and pissed off the other tenants. I just about came to blows with them both when I told them to get out. It is not worth putting up with people's shit just to have them pay your mortgage and property taxes. I would knock on people's doors when rent time rolled around and they would not answer even though I knew they were home. Some of these shitbags would actually sneek out or sneek in when they knew I was
Dwarf Primus could of made them into some fire ass tenders and fed the tenants 😅 I would of had fun fucking with them cause they did that shit to the poor couple.
I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND where the homeowners are coming from! I would be pissed as well, But as a landlord this is what comes with renting your home. You can’t track them down and demand the money. That’s what court is for! This can be seen as harassment. Take pictures, document the damages and take this matter up in court.
Well I mean you can always use brute force and intimidation tactics with numbers on your side to demand to get your money back. Sopranos, Mafia style. It's just that's a way of living that believe it or not some gangster's follow. Unfortunately that shit rarely get's exposed and people like these tenants don't have deep pockets to have half the local pd on their payroll lol
well I guess that's what backgrounds checks are for the landlords should have done the research before they rented to them,it does come with the territory that's what insurance is for coming to anybody's doorstep doing those kind of things can get you arrested or shot period
Also the landlord has the right to check on their property. At least drive by and stop and look outside. Apartment complexes come into your apartment every single month to change filters, to check smoke detector batteries. I would have that in the contract if I rented out my house. Then you take first and last months rent.
I have been a landlord for over 20 years and have never had to behave this badly. What these landlord did was trespass on the tenants new property and can have the authorities called on them. Verbal abuse is against the law, in MY State, as well. Here is a good tip....pick better tenants. First off, when you meet them, look at their car. I don't mean inspect it but look at it. Is it dirty? All dinged up? That's a red flag. Do your homework and call ALL of their references. Call their employers. Don't just rent to anyone. DRIVE BY THEIR CURRENT ADDRESS. I have been VERY lucky and have had some tenants for over 15 years.
invest in a good background check system and application system. Learn as much about the people as you can before you accept them as tenants. We had to pay about 1,500 in late rent and damages because of one bad egg (even after all the checks). You can avoid these problems sometimes but other times its just bad luck and worse people.
You're absolutely right, Mananoke Muchila, NO ONE has the right to destroy your property. BUT what these landlords did was TRESPASS and the judge would throw them out of court, in MY State. They should have picked better tenants. I belong to a "landlord" club and we have a list of bad renters, that have destroyed property, skipped out on rent, etc. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Now, if these landlords would have behaved better, they would have recouped all of their costs AND then some, in court. However this recording would doom them in court, IF they were in MY State. Just do your due diligence and don't rent to the first person who comes along. Especially a nice place like this one. Inspect every 6 months, like I do, drive by weekly, like I do. I don't allow pets and I have a 4 year waiting list to get into one of my properties.
not saying vandalism is an answer, but cars get flat tires all the time and these weird hail storms that pop out of no where and breaks windows. I hate it when the gas company sells you sugar in the gas, and its all in your engine. weird things happen.
Texas all so they can trash someones home but they can't return the fucking mess she left at their property?? what is wrong with the world, what is wrong with you is the better question??
Most of the people in the comment section have no idea how much disrespect landlords get because of shitty tenants. Some, not all, will destroy homes/apartments causing thousands of damages and never get sued for it. I don't blame this dude at all for reacting this way. It's kinda something like treat someone how you want to be treated.
Really Happenings you think all the damages were was 1,200? shit! cleaning the med they left cost more than that. waaaaay more. pain & suffering at the least. hahahaha! with all that dog shit and dead chicken smell. wheeew!
Christy Dunlap "pain and suffering" count for nothing in landlord tenant law, and no landlord who skin real business is going to spend time going out of their way like the original poster described to collect that money. You should spend more in time and effort to get that money back
My mom is the kind of person your tenant is. My mom has destroyed every place she's rented and I don't know how she's still able to rent out decent homes to this day. And the last one she rented was directly next door to mine, the couple who own the home are in a program where they rent out good homes to low income families. When my mom first went over to their house, the couple were in the middle of cleaning out the house because the last ones to live there left loads of trash and junk behind. The couple had to repaint and all. My mom acted so sympathetic and then told them she was looking for a place to rent (to get tf out of my place) and they said she could move in once everything was finished. My mom moved in and about 3 years ago and just moved out. She absolutely ruined the place, the city condemned the house after my mother left. She left all her shit behind so once again this nice couple had to come by (I was living in another state for 4 months at the time) and clean everything up by themselves. My childhood photos and everything are gone. They found dead cats throughout the house, the floors were warped and destroyed, the walls were stained and had holes, the carpet was the same. Absolutely ruined the place to the point where the city deemed it inhabitable. She's abused as neglected her animals and then when she moved out she left all the cats behind to die while she took the flea-infested dogs with her. One time one of the dogs was itching (all his back hair was gone and he was bleeding) and it knocked into one of her tables with one of her mini Christmas trees on it and almost knocked it over and her alcoholic boyfriend picked the dog up and threw him across the room, the same thing he did when he paralyzed my dog when I was a kid. This is something I wish someone would do to my mom. Bring some of her nasty shit back to her at her new place, embarrassing her and recording her and publishing it online for all to see.
Also had a tenant (family of 5) do $3000 damage to our house while not paying rent for over 3 months. I haven't been able to find them. They never showed up to court. The dreams I've had about finding them....
I rent here in NC and my landlords are the sweetest people I would never think to trash a house I live in and leave it for someone else to handle. I take care of this place like it belongs to me...I mean I have to live here you know
@First Name Last Name lmfao..defiently a little Pervy. And M3Vader...that's awesome, wish there were more like you. I never understood how people could just basically live in their own filth, and it makes you wonder, do they ever question living like that? Like, do they think it's normal? Ugghhh..lol.
"it seemed like a good idea at the time".....famous last words of landlords.....sell the house, invest your money elsewhere......dealing with people is the very last thing you want to do
Such a shame. My parents and I have been tenants in the same condo for 14 years. Just the fact that I live in a place that I don’t own is motivation enough for me to make sure I take great care of it.
Yeah but if you work so hard for it then you should check on your property at least once a month. Apartment complexes go into the apartments every single month to change air filters, etc
@@minarosered6699 damn what apartment complexes go around just fixing stuff every month? They usually do it 1 of 2 times. When there's a complaint, or inspection.
@@minarosered6699 Can go in with notice legally once per year... unless it's a fix it order ... places like HUD, section eight, can somehow find there way in a couple times because they are owned by at least three different government agencies....
@Zac Crow did the renters have a criminal background? Heck no I wouldn't rent to them! And I would also have it in the lease that I come every month to change the air filters. Just like apartments do. That gives you a chance to go in there and see dozens of chickens and 30 dogs or whatever the crap these people had. I think renters policy has no farm animals no more than two dogs Etc. And oh yeah you can't have a criminal background.
@@Babyvalkyie Both my daughters rent gated apartments and every month maintenance goes in to change the air filters. They give them notice that they will be coming in on a certain date. I'm sure it's a chance to make sure the apartment is being kept up.

There is nothing to fight against if it's in paper.
We're going to be moving into a new home and I thought about renting the home we just paid off. It took us 25 years to pay this house off. I think I'll let it sit empty until my grandchildren are old enough. I have no patience for thugs.
wtf? somebody was so mad they couldn't even spell the title right. (Fixed it for y'all 😃)(ps: People get so butt hurt over a comment. Y'all need love ❤️)
That's what I'm saying. These people could easily press charges against the landlord, and if the landlord tried to sue for damages, all the tenants need is for the judge to see this video, and they'll find in the tenants favor. I know landlord thinks he's being a little bad ass and getting his just dues, but doing this fucked them over. It won't hurt the tenants. It will hurt the landlord though. Doing this, AND filming it was stupid and they are lucky the tenants didn't press charges against them, which they could have done.
For all of you idiots who are calling this "harassment", you should maybe look up the legal definition first. "The act of *systematic and/or continued* unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group, including threats and demands." Visiting people one time and returning the stuff they left behind does NOT constitute harassment.
That was really stupid confronting the dead beat tenant like that at their new property , it should have all been done legally. This may hurt their case
Because he should probably be beating her up about now. They demolished his house and all she got was yelled at... she got off real real lucky, meaning "nice guy" and I would agree with him.
My dad owns 3 rental houses and he kindly rented to a childhood friend who was struggling. He said pay whatever you can whenever you can till you get back on your feet. And to repay my dad kindness he abandoned the house with 100s of heroin needles, dog shit under the floor tiles, mold in random places, a God awful cockroach infestation, ripped up yard covered in random shit and broken windows. He also told my dad to meet him somewhere and he'd pay him rent then left him waiting for hours never showing up several times. Since then I've erged my dad to check in on his other renters houses to make sure we don't have to repaint anymore walls.
