Hunter Rework in The War Within has a lot more self-healing, and can now do solo content without needing a healer. So in this video I will show the changes to self-healing, when it comes to Hunter on the beta.
Blizz is going in to many directions classes use to have roles and places. Melee classes use to do the most damage because they had to be up close and personal. Range classes could kite and did good damage but not insane damage. And you had to out play a class depending if it was melee V’s range. Now every class has mobility skills every class can heal a lot even kite classes. Warlocks and spriest are more tanky than plate wearers… hunters and mages use to be king kiters classes should have weakness give and takes anymore it doesn’t feel that way.
The 10% leech from ferocity pets is great for a bit of passive healing, and I used to use it in the past too, but in solo PvP when needing a "on demand spell", tenacity functions so much better. Especially when combined with a trinket and Exhilaration. 🙂 Whether or not the leech is better for BM or MM, I can't say, but seeing that SV is known for not having "that great damage", it means the leech also suffers from this.
@@lam1982linden I believe you can paste it inside the "dressing room" window. 🙂 the one that opens, when you Ctrl click on a piece of gear, to see it on your character.
In the thumbnail, I'm using Swindler's Cutouts as hands, and Enigmatic Binds as my wrist. 🙂 The hands one is a plunderstorm tmog, so it's unobtainable atm, but there are other similar tmogs in the game, which just covers the hands, like a glove. It's the wrist item that really works on the hands I think. Which you can easily still get. 🙂
For SV Hunter? It is absolutely incredible and so much better than what we have in Dragonflight currently. 🙂 Since it actually let's us survive now hehe.
I used to preach that pre-rework all the time. It’s seems like such a good healing spell to have baseline for all Hunters. 🙂 With the rework, I can see it being “too much” to have it baseline though for all specs, since Hunter has now become one of the best classes in the game, at “surviving solo”. But I would love seeing Mending Bandage being baseline for Survival. All Hunter specs can also dispel poisons now btw, using Feign Death in the normal Hunter tree. So the passive effect is “sort of there”… for the other specs too.
