Man was looking for a job, not to hurt or steal from anyone but a job. He's not a bad person, whoever looked down on him was. All of these interviewers were drunk nobody's who get high off of putting down people.
this is where humanity should come in...we should have sympathy for the weak and disabled people, they cannot help who they are, it is our divine responsibility to make this world a heavenly place for all even the less fortunate! Unless you are something else besides human!
Its one thing to lie if you think you can do the job (i.e lie about being good with Microsoft Excel but you only know the basics, lie about your experience in a specific skill, etc.), but its unnecessary to stuff your resume with all those hobbies. But honestly these people interviewing him are clueless. A resume doesn't reflect you: it just shows what you can do for the company. Companies look at that sheet of paper and either toss it and reject you completely or call you in for an interview. If companies are that rude and lazy, why wouldn't employees lie on their resume? People need to work to pay bills so they should do whatever gets them an interview and then the job an before they choose morals over starving to death.
They do background checks and the thing about lying on your resume is they ask you questions related to your experiences and job duties so they will ask for references so they will know
The only things I put on a resume is education & work experience. I'm not gonna put a degree because I don't have a degree, "YET". I go to the gym & I wouldn't list that on my resume. Another thing I'm not gonna do is put a lot of employers and a lot of skills.
I understand that it’s bad to lie on your resume but I don’t appreciate them humiliating him like this, it was obvious he was lying without making a fool of him. Maybe send him an email or note
this guy sounds like hes a 7th grader being grilled. he says pawactice = practice afwaid = afraid weason= reason wittle bit = little bit twied= tried HAHAHA THEN HE FUCKING SINGS LIKE A DOUSH. I FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF ALREADY,
I remember this guy I used to know would tell me that he was wanted by the NBA(of course he was suspicious about signing a contract and the only basketball I saw him play was with a group of guys who had down syndrome), a record label for his rapping, the list went on. The time when it crossed the line was when I stopped at an event where a little girl was jumping on a trampoline and suddenly he spouted about how he was a champion trampeliner.
You're first mistake was to put items on your resume that weren't related to the job position. Idk what job requires you to sing, rap, belly dance, basketball and weight-lift. Unless, your trolling of course. then it was cringey AF. If you were lying on your resume, at least lie about the amount of experience you have etc.
