This might be the worst feature in Genshin Impact

They treat players like sh... One elixir from Gnostic Hymn is a special slap in the face. Obviously levelled up artifacts should be the only requirement, it would be logical and fair. Restriction ruins that for no good reason. Let's hope that at least some people will open their eyes and stop supporting abusive predatory company.

I don't think the transmuter is the problem here,we are actually leading ahead in that department,HSR and ZZZ don't allow you to choose 2 substats. The problem lies with the availability of the elixir. We should complain about that in the surveys. I think they should add 4 elixirs for the 4 spiral abyss floors and 3 for act 6,7 and 8 in IT. They could also give 1 in every major event of a version. This would fix the entire system. That way you get either 2 goblets or 1 goblet and 2 sands.
