@@Celestial_glow honestly though like my sleep schedule and everything just got screwed when I started online school cause the actual system was bad and I had to work everyday till 3 in the morning now I battle to go to sleep at 10 yoh💀🥲😂
fellow uni creator here - just decided to go all in and start 2 months ago - and this feedback is killer. drawing so much inspiration from the impact you've created and the messaging/storytelling you share. you inspire me every day!
This routine is amazing I especially like the part where you mentioned just opening up the Scriptures for a few minutes and like renewing your mind I think that’s really important and over all I really like this routine.
i made my morning routine a while ago and it changed my life i think that you need to make your own routine because everyone have a different life and these tips helps a lot. thanks Jun 💖
Me first.. I was about to make my flash cards but I feel so motivated after watching your videos cause I relate so much with you..... so yeah I'm here...thank you jun ! ❤️. Hoping for your best.
Thank you so much cuz as a morning person myself, this sort of routine would really work for me. I'm so glad I discovered your account. p.s. just wanted to say that it makes me happy that other people like you also prioritize their faith first thing in the morning
You are giving me so many ideas on how to achieve my goals 😊 Good thing that my baby needs a bottle around 5a.m. - I will try to get up at that time then and use the early morning hours before my Kids get up. That gives me a headstart and I have time for myself and my goals and God before I need to be Mom for the rest of the day 😊
I use to have 6 steps morning routine, it's good I'm feeling good when I do but sometimes I just can't do it . It's always about being consistent and if the morning routine is overwhelming you will quit at the end Thanks for this video
Hi. In the beggining of the video you mentioned that a lot of people on the internet have an overcomplicated morning routine and it is much harder to stick to it. I agree, however I really wanted share my observations on this topic. I have watched your night routine video, and I think that you just do the same tasks as other people, however in different time. What I mean by this is that in night and mourning routines there are nessesary things which you can't exclude from this part of the day, like breakfast in the morning or shower in the evening. But there are things which are often done at those times, however could be moved from one time to another. For example journaling, reading or planning. Therefore, basicly people just have or complicated mourning routine, or complicated night routine (or they are just lying). So you just have to chose when it is more convinient for you to do "movable" tasks. So yes. Idk if it was important, probably you know it already, but I hope my comment was helpful for someone
Thank you so much..your videos are always helpful..i wish this quality content reaches a lot more people and your hard work always reflects in your work... All my best wishes to you brother ❤️🙌
Wake up and bathroom and open curtains or turn on lights and drink water- 10-15 min Scripture reading- 15 min Peak productivity window- 3h- schedule what you need to do the night before (30-60 min intervals)- short coffee break in middle (no using phone until this point) Breakfast- 30-35 min Get ready- 20-30 min Go to classes
Jun, i have been following you for a while and let me tell you how much i improved in my life, you literally helped me, i was a below average student now I'm an above average student, and hopefully be soon joining med school but, i used to wake up at 5 am and sleep around 11pm and for a year then changed it from 10pm to 4am then to 9pm to 3am, i can't stick on to one, have you experienced something like this too? can you give some suggestions on how to stick on to a routine? As always, a lot of love and support, you'll always be in my prayers. ❤
My morning routine is walking up at 6 a.m. and then i take my dog on walk and then i do yoga meditation( I'll really suggest u to do yoga and meditation because meditation really stop my overthinking and yoga make me feel calm happy and help me with many other things also ) and then workout (it take almost 50min -1 hr.) then I do brushing and then drink warm water but after that i rest for 10-15 min then i use my phone little bit them i help my mom in works then take bath and do puja then i get ready for my college so i think that it really change my life (because in past i had habit of using phone right after walking up but now my phone addiction is very less as i deleted my Instagram ) thank u so much ur videos really help me a lot ❤.
This video really helped me understand. Mornings are important and my schedule is so unorganized and not consistent. I deal with aniexty and deppression. I rely on if people are doing good or not. I struggle with a lot of that. I do have an addiction with my phone though. My parents say it does depend on ur mood the "phone" I agree with that its the fact that I'm scared if I don't reply or I'm not always texting people due to abandonment issues. Im not sure on where to start and to break off the habit. I need a morning routine and a night routine and need consistency in my life though.
I can hide how I feel and focus on self improvement, doing all the right things and being disciplined but as soon as I relax at night I just feel lonely and I just think of her..
I think what you mentioned about your energy level suddenly dropping because you ate too much might have something to do with glycemia. Basically, depending on the food you eat, your blood sugar levels will increase. When it gets too high, it will drop rapidly and cause the slump you mentioned. For example, eating something and then feeling a significant slump close to sleepiness two hours later. Now, I'm no expert, but this is the gist of glycemia. Eating and combining foods that don't spike your blood sugar too high too suddenly will prevent you from feeling those kinds of slumps and be better for your body in the long term. This is a big possibility, I think. Anyway, thank you for your content; it's awesome to follow you. It brings me up and keeps me motivated toward the things that matter to me. Keep it up! ❤️
@@jun_yuh I couldn't access the entire paper from Sci-Hub. However, based on the Abstract, it was quite intriguing to learn how transition metal catalysis allows for the efficient synthesis of complicated structures in active pharmaceutical ingredients. From a physicist's position, I infer that the availability of electrons in Palladium's "s" orbital allows for the development of stable coordination complexes with chelating chemicals, increasing the chelation process. But I'm more intrigued by your role in this study. Was your contribution in improving efficiency, developing a data-driven model, reducing experimentation in the model, or something else entirely? Could you provide an in-depth video about how to put together a paper and submit it?
this is the most realistic, practical and productive morning routine i've come across. Can i please know around what time does your day end because rest is important too. since u wake up at 5:00 am, do you go to bed early? this is the one thing that i have an issue with. My day doesnt end till late at night. even if i work best in the morning, my work doesnt allow it as it forces me to be up late and then my morning gets cramped. Please help me out in this.
Hello! I really enjoy watching your videos they are super informative and helpful:) Could you please please please make more videos about how to take notes in class? I have watched your video about it and i didn’t understand what you mean when you said “ask / write questions” instead of taking notes!!! I am studying politics and i don’t know how to take notes, i am lost among all these methods, i really want to develop a good strategy but i don’t know how to do it :( Also if any one here have suggestions please help! Thanks:)
ahh yes thats how all my schooling was before university so i feel your pain!! i would really encourage you to try your best to optimize your night before to ensure you are getting restorative rest! i know it's hard though!
TYSM!!!😍 Only one question left: when are you going to bed? Cause every time I want to wake up early I’m like: naaah, I went to bed at 11:30 PM. so if i wake up at 6 AM i won’t get those 8 hours of sleep… so i just continue sleeping 🥲🥲
Well I'd love to try this but i wake up by 4:00am, have a morning devotion with my family till 5:40 and then my school bus comes by 6:00am. So ....i don't really have much time. But thanks this summer is the best time to implement this so I'll try it.
I noticed that I would doom scroll a lot, both as soon as I woke up and during the day and initially I just put a timer on the apps that I used the most, but that didn't help much, so I now have deleted both instagram and tiktok from my phone. Ans while I was mostly on instagram, constantly I tell you, now that it isn't there I no longer look for it. My account is still active, I can log on from a site or my laptop, but, I no longer have the "need" for it. I do miss your reels though, and everytime I manage to get myself to study I bit more, the clip of you dancing on the bed for those 5min of studying keeps playing in my head. Thank you so much for your advice, I wish I had found someone like you earlier, but better late than never right? Also, I will definitely be trying the light trick, since it's dark when I wake up as well.
When I go workout in the morning I will do the basics water and bathroom then I will spend time in prayer and scripture get dressed leave workout then breakfast right after to recover
hi, I have your academic succes guide(love it), I am watching your videos and following you on insta… slowly but surely I am being better at being myself and progressing for that dream job after uni with your help and just wanted to say you are very good person and it reflects trough your content on us 💜 btw. Europe - Slovakia ✌🏻
Thank you so much for the video.❤ Can you please make a video about Time Management? Btw I've seen your videos on Productivity, but how can we manage the time throughout the day?
When you put God first, everything will follow through at least I feel like that throughout my day. I find my days when I don’t put Godfather so don’t do simple. Prayers try to connect with God then I find that my day is not good at all. ❤️✝️🙏
I would recomend to you to take a cold shower in the morning. I get awake in an instant. because of that I can increase my productivity. (sorry if my English is not very good)
Thankyou so much sir❤ I would just like to know if it's alright to include physical win after the spritual win in the morning, while shortening the peak productivity window to 2 hours??
I would like to know this too! Which one is more beneficial? Because it's said that exercising in the morning benefits your body the most and helps you to be more active throughout the day.
What if classes start at 8, and u have to be in the train station around 6.40? Say one hour to get ready, so i usually wake up at 5.30. Now even if I wake up at 4, i don't think it's enough time to fully get stuff done, cuz i need around 30 min to brush my teeth, move around, get my things and start studying. How can i reschedule my morning routine? Or maybe have an afternoon one, since my classes end by 1 pm.
Why I don’t feel motivated in the morning but at midnight i feel like I can do anything. Is it normal or should I force myself to be like normal human day cycle rather than adjusting my sleep schedule according to my peak motivation time. Please help.
