This is the new FPS called Operator. It's currently in BETA. The voice acting is awful however it handles very well. Nothing in this game is automatic. You have to manually operate the entire weapon system.

The only thing I’m not really enjoying is some of the door opening is inconsistent. Other than that I do find it very fun. I do wish light and laser keybinds were separate.

The door mechanics are quite frustrating. I found I can flick doors open by holding F then flicking up on the scroll wheel.
