Nicely done. I have this same fence on my DP Pro table on my Nova drill press. The dust collection is a huge improvement and, when you take up the piece you just drilled, you can brush remaining chips into the opening in the fence.
Been waiting for mine for months now. I also got the drawer which I thought was a good idea for drill bits and supplies. Gives me hope that it is coming soon since you received yours.
Could you share what the distance is between the slots for holding the fence down to the miter track? I'm trying to determine if this will fit on my existing DP table without me having to re-lay my miter track.
The larger chips that can easily swept into the opening is not the primary concern. It is the small airborne dust that is the health risk(go to 1:00 of the video). Thanks for watching!
Dude, you totally missed that those micro adjust stops are crap - especially for that price. If you adjust them out they have a lot of lateral play. The only time they're stiff, solid, and dependable is when they're all the way in and tight, so basically the micro adjust function is useless.
