This Poison Build Will Be Banned in New Game Plus - God Of War Ragnarok 

I find that there’s a build for every situation boss builds don’t always work in crowd situations I’d say a balance build like all level 9 survival armor with various perks is good for 95% of the game literally just the the Berserker King and GNA require more specialized builds

If you have the Dragon waist and wrist armor it increases shield damage by 50%. Combined with all the other effects its pretty deadly. 50 is more than 40. You could also add a shield explosion with it. Many variations that you hardly can use in the game til after you do all the hard stuff.

I discovered this build when I kept dying against the berserker king. There’s a very big advantage of using this build. When an enemy is poisoned, their difficulty level comes down temporarily by 1 level. Meaning orange becomes yellow, yellow becomes green and so on and so forth. This let’s you deal more damage. If you’re good at parrying then you’ll have a constant supply of poison and with the enchantments that you’ve shown, it’ll magnify the damage dealt to the enemy. Although I didn’t use all these enchantments back when I first beat the king, but this armor sey helped me nevertheless. You can also switch out the chest piece for Lunda’s engraving enchantment so that you can use another chest piece armor to get additional benefits.

I beat Gna with Lunda’s armor set and bare handed attacks. It really just simplified things. Just focus on learning her moves, stay as safe as you can and when you have an opening poison her with your fists.

Berserker set: is a very strong, powerful, set of armor that can only be obtained by defeating excruciatingly difficult mini-bosses (that are stronger than lots of the main bosses for some reason). Lunda’s armor set: is a very strong, powerful, set of armor that’s literally more free than air.

At the start of the video,how do you "charge" the blades of chaos so fast? Why do you hit with the shield after the blades?

I haven't used the poison build but after seeing this I'm going to use it myself and check it out

for the muspelheim enchantements, do you get the melee bonus damage from just having the permafrost gaugue fully charged and not using it or do you get the enchantment buff when you activate permafrost etc?

Pretty sure lunda's waistguard & wristguard pieces only increase the damage you do to the poisoned enemies with fists. Tested this several times myself and the damage you do with just run attack fist spam combined with first and second light bear hand attack is more than doing damage with any of your actual weapons.

People have to consider most of these build work on bosses but on playthrough its different

Berserker Curiass, Vidar's wrist and legs, 3 muselheim enchantments, 3 Niflheim enchantments, emblem of the nine realms, attuned runic gem. 543 str, 313 defence, 241 runic, 98 cooldown, 50 vitality, 137 luck. Axe - the furious Maul, Blades - deadly obsidian handles, Spear - Warrior's Echo Saurotor. Freya/Atreus accessories - Sonic Attunement, Sonic Aftershock, Knocked Proficiency. Sonic Attunement accessory is bugged in pause menu saying it greatly increases status from SIGIL arrows but it's really sonic arrows. If you go to brok/sindri/lunda it will display SONIC arrows properly. I think it's just a visual bug myself but need to do more testing specifically on that. All of this being said, this does look like a really fun build to run around and beat up some mobs :D I had a lunda's armour build when I forst started on Balance difficulty and it was good, but definitely not THIS good. Will be trying it out for sure :D

You gotta beat the game first to get basically everything or have all relms unlocked to be able to get all thr pieces and some deal with the story. Ppl need to probably say that

so basically its a poision or hex first then inflict frost or fire on the enemy and then use talisman of meign? that is very clever however ill use the survival arm guards and waisguard for a balance of my stats because I dont want to be mr glass cannon.

Ok at 0:28 after you do the L1 double tap shield bash move , how do you keep cancelling immediately into the fully charged scorched earth heavy attack like that I’ve tried this so many times and can’t seem to do it consistently. Thanks a lot in advance my friend.

God of War Ragnarok is the most incredible game I've played in years the only shame is I wish they would have allowed people to have pre-built so you could automatically switch to different builds

I'm using the Linda build on the king and his health bar is still yellow. All my armor and weapons are fully upgraded so how the hell do people make they bar drop fast in those videos

You could also switch out the Niflheim enchantment for the realm shift enchantment, so you do even more damage

I dont understand. I’m not saying this is a bad build but if you’re going to use Lundas armor why not build into poison, melee damage and bonus damage to status afflicted enemies?

Use the sigil of doom instead of the nifleheim enchantment 20 strength doesn’t do much but these sigil of doom combined with vanaheim enchants will make the blades and axe overpowered just a tip
