This is my next quilt. I bought the pattern from you and I’m using my own fabrics. I’m putting a horse panel in the middle of it and miscellaneous horse blocks (large) alternating with these barn blocks. I’m making it king size ! It’s going to take a little while ! *grin*

Love this quilt/wallhanging. It would look so good in a child's room. It may be a little late in the year but would love to see you design and stitch up a Christmas Tree skirt. Keep up the wonderful tutorials, you all are so talented.
My first thought ! My mind went to some fabrics I have with grass, foliage, cows, chickens . Maybe even the sky, bird, dog and cat pieces. Or, just plain if those are too busy.
Ms Donna, you have become my favorite quilter. I need your advice. At 65, retired, on a very fixed income being 100% disabled, how do you get to quilt when prices are quite high? Is there a lay-a-way possibility? I love to quilt but rarely do I have the chance to quilt some of your beautiful quilts. Maybe I should ask why is it so expensive to make such wonderful quilts. Susan, thank you so much for you help and information. As I said I'm old, have been tying also, once in a while machine quilting, started really quilting in GTMO. The ladies were really into it. I even worked a quilt shop were my earnings went right back into the store.😊 I watch the Missouri Quilt Company, Sewsoeasy, and Jordon. I can make most of the patterns, but get a little upset when I would like to use fabrics they are using, they are beautiful. I have been able to work with Shabby Frabrics on a month to month on their kits but they tend to be really into applique. Also smaller items. Quilts on Block of the Month range from 150 to 200 and that is not with backing or machine quilting. I was just wishing they would answer some of my questions. Your help was tremendous and will take all to heart. Thank you so much. PS just finished making teachers gifts. No sew ornament balls. They turned out well, did a couple of x-mas trees also. Oh, I can see why this pattern was created with the farmhouse decor so popular right now, but I can also see this as a wall hanging in a child's room. Or, one could just make three barn blocks arranged top to bottom and hang it on a pantry door (or anywhere else). It really is cute. Questions about the notes in the YT description box: 1) I didn't see your daughter's name mentioned among the Jordan group. Does she still work with you or should we assume she's part of other 12 people in the Jordan Fabrics team? 2) In saying that Jordan Fabric kits are fully pre-cut, does that mean the buyer only has to do sewing and trimming and every little patch is already cut, or are ;your kits like this barn quilt where you also had to do sub-cuts before sewing? Nice pattern, I would create a mini barn quilt patch design for the center block of the barn ~ like the barn quilts you see on real barns, just love the look. It’d be great if the pattern alone was available.👍

I love this quilt I think that I'm going with the scrappy look when I start mine. Donna always make everything look easy I have learned a from watching her. Thank you for all your tutorials..
I would like to make it a little larger. Perhaps sashing between the barns and a border or two. A fellow quilter suggested changing the quilt block on each barn which would be fun as well.
You probably dont give a shit but if you guys are stoned like me atm then you can watch pretty much all the new movies on instaflixxer. Been streaming with my brother for the last few days xD
