Nice little home. I'm very familiar with this manufacturer's products & seriously recommend buyers opt for upgraded plumbing (no plastic connections) & upgraded subflooring. (No particleboard!) Request fir or pine plywood or OSB underlayment only.) And any other upgrades you can afford. Including solid plywood cabinetry vs MDF or particleboard with wood-look paper glued to the surface. (aka "foil") Otherwise, within 5 years, the home will look worn-out & tired.

I'll take it I love the size of it. I'm getting to retire in the next 8 to 10 years and this would be the perfect size for me. Right now I live in a three bedroom two bath mobile home and with my back hurting so bad it is so hard for me to upkeep with it and mow grass and do all this stuff this would be the perfect size I could put in a trailer park here in Texas and be comfortable

This is a beautiful basic home for one person. My wife passed away in June and this is exactly what I need now. A front porch and a small house easy cleaning and fast.

There should be at least two crab bars in the shower stall, makes it more appealing to retired folks who a lot of them have a very difficult time getting in and out of the shower...love the lay out just perfect...

The size is perfect, One thing that turned me off were the cheap closet shelving fixtures. When I see cheap fixtures it just makes me wonder what else they went cheap on.

You are spot on...cheap shelving will fall apart in a couple years..also that siding is not something I would every put on ANY home.

Cool, but you should look at some of my new videos because back then, when i shot this I was asked not to put the prices because of the pandemic pricing fluctuations. I put the prices on all of my videos now. Have a great day. This one's going for about 60,000 to 65,000
