recipe:
Alkaline toast: 250g high-gluten flour, 140g milk, 4g salt, 28g whole egg liquid, 8g milk powder, 13g cheese powder, 25g sugar, 20g butter, 2.5g high-sugar resistant dry yeast
Alkaline water: 30 grams of baking soda, 1000 grams of water
bake:
250g toast box: Bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes, then 190-200 degrees for 25 minutes
450g toast box: Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes, then 190 degrees for 30 minutes
