you should do Old Rag Mountain and WHite Oak Canyon as well

I was here yesterday trail running and our Course took us thru section A. I planned to skip it because I’m no hiker and afraid of heights but ended up going in there and that descent down the cliff was scary until I made my way down it. Glad I didn’t skip it.

Danny Pimienta awesome man! I kept thinking how cool it would be to run the trail, but I’ve got a 40 mile round-trip on my bike, so I think I’m sticking to hiking.

SFL Nature if you get a chance. Park across from Old Anglers Inn, if you hop on the towpath and go north, Section A is about a half mile up. Or if you go south you can hit sections B and then C. We did B and A and headed to the great falls overlook and then onto the Gold Mine Trail and back on Anglars spur to where we parked.

The trail is 2 miles long but there's a lot of vertical distance that doesn't get taken into account. After doing the trail yesterday, my friend's Fitbit says we walked over 7 miles
