It's weird because some of these characters don't have a lot of exposed skin in their default look Street Fighter has a similar feature for Ryu and Zangief, but they're both shirtless in their default costumes
Bloody Roar too, if any of you still remember it. Unless you count the characters' Beast Form (since it torns a part of their clothing), it was really rare to have shirtless males. In Bloody Roar 1 Gado was shirtless but he had shirt in the later games, and there was no any shirtless male there until Ganesha showed up in Primal Fury/Extreme, then Reiji in 4. (Oh, I forgot to mention Greg from Bloody Roar 1 who was shirtless as well, but he only appeared in that game)
But I think in Street Fighter 6's case, Capcom compensates it by having most of female characters showing their stomach/navel in their default costumes (with the exception of Chun-Li, A.K.I, and Manon. Lily technically is an exception too, although her clothing looks really loose so that she has her stomach/navel showing during certain poses/moves, and in her render art as well)
@@legionerer personally details like that make it to where I don't WANT to change out of default outfits because of how awesome features like that are. If they included that for everyone with certain moves and all costumes DAMN the power moves in this game would be amazing
Kind of makes it boring in later rounds when the sleeve's already gone. They should have made him go full Kenshiro shirt obliteration on multiple uses.
Not a single natty physique in the whole game. There are people doing grams of tren a week until they die that will never be feng jacked let alone king
Ngl kinda wish their relaxed body looked less muscular to really emphasize the difference between flexed and unflexed, cuz even just standing there they look like Mr. Olympia at the show flexing his ass off, shredded to the fucking gills, and then they do flex and it gets even crazier which is awesome but can be hard to notice at times cuz the defaults so inhuman already
My favorite feature in the game! Love new gen muscle fidelity of this game. So glad Tekken and SF go ham for this direction 💪. This is why I wanna main all beefy bois, make them all shirtless and flex all those extraordinary muscles 💪! King, Feng, Law, Kazuya, Paul, Bryan, Raven are the one can pump up their limbs and muscle definition. If only Gigas replace Jack and has Jack's bodybuilder poses :v. Make bodybuilder Steve ending become a real skin :D. P.s: should have turned off motion blur if you make detailed vids like this tho.
Iirc, Kazuya despite being a bugged mess right now has the most attention to detail. He flexes with almost every move in devil form. For some weird reason he has lighting around his body when you ewgf in devil form only. He even has 2 different laser effects. The human one is thinner and has a pointed tip. The devil version has black lighting and is thicker.
@@michaelpacheco6549 close but not quite. The adjustment made doesn't affect Kazuya. Kazuyas F4 on an airborne opponents always leaves them "face up", not "face down" as the patch notes say. The only time Kazuya gets a spike like that is after devil ss2, which is already rare and not optimal. I can see how you might have confused the two.
Wish they added this kind of loving detail to the female bodies, would be cool to see some female characters with ripped abs, squat booty, big breasts maybe. Feels like all the girls have the same body with minor tweaks
@@quekZo95 Okay what if someone told you only bicurious men who jerk off the bodybuilders care about characters having muscle, even if it's true for some it's not that simple, you write it off as "coomers" what's a "coomer" to you, appreciating the female form as we are wired to do makes us "coomers"? so essentially "coomers" are normal people and anyone who isn't is either asexual or a child. It's art and it's more fun when female characters don't all have the same character model.

Same. Female chracters in this game mostly just look like women IRL who are above average. It's like Japanese devs are afraid to make women look like warriors.

the muscle flex stuff is so cool, it's a shame you never really get to see it much or pay attention to it within the action, photo mode will definitely help people appreciate the detail a lot more, also nice ending lmao
The physiques in this game are SICK. Initially, I thought Street Fighter 6 had the better anatomy work, but I think Tekken 8 might have the edge. Feng was always insanely shredded, probably the most shredded guy on the roster in T7. King is hands down the best combination of size and definition in T8 so far though. They literally look like they injected every roid known to man.
