Re-enabling hardware acceleration did not change the grayed out Global Maps option, no matter the browser I used.. However, your idea on enabling override software rendering list in Chrome flags options fixed this problem! Thankyou!
Try this: Sign into Google Maps, tap your profile picture, then settings, then navigation settings and turn 'Show 3D Building Routes On or Off'. Good luck 👍
Google Maps on the desktop is terrible! The country and city names are so small you cannot read them. Even if you zoom in to a location the names remain tiny. Why? I can't believe they have not fixed this or done something about it. Surely I am not the only one who is not happy about this. Nothing even comes up in a search about this problem. Wow! Was looking at Singapore and surrounding locations and moved east to see the islands between there and Hawaii/USA and the names are so small you cannot read them. Even when zooming in. If you want to see the Cook Islands in Google Maps without actually doing a search first, good luck with that! Just look at the map shown at the beginning of this video! You cannot read anything much at all......
I can't understand anything you are saying. You have an accent and you're talking at light speed. I gave up immediately. "You're in google maps and you go to enable d p a" Any idea what that means? I can't make any sense of it. What is "d p a" Where do you find "d p a"?
