If you love it, you should listen to Şebnem Paker - Dinle in Eurovision 1997 performance or Sertap Erener & Demir Demirkan - Aşk. They are our famous angels.
Even though you don't know what she says, you felt the emotion anyway. That's the power of the music; no matter where you came from or what you're language is. I wanted to translate this song for you I loughed, cried and loved Abandoned and got abandoned By never looking back, I came to the end of the road I couldn't open my eyes, stayed blind forever I got up, fell and always got defeated I lost my hopes I put the bar in the high, screamed in silence I tried with blood, sweat, tears Couldn't manage Since the pen is broken I gave up on everything I had myself inside of me She just vanished
Hello again Luke, First of all, i have to say that i quite enjoy your reactions.. you are obviousy so different than the other ones doing this. the way you interpret the video clip and the song itself is awesome. keep doing it! I've already suggested you an up tempo, raggaeton song lately, 'Ezhel - Aya' and I am looking forward to it. Here's another one, if you're loving singers going high notes, 'Sertab Erener - Leave' (her live performance in eurovision). I'm sure you're gonna love it :)

U should translate lyrics as well like immideatly but just a quick warn there's some parts that u can't totally get it. She is using Turkish so perfectly that u would fall in love with her and lyrics if u could understand AND TURKISH IS HER THIRD LANGUAGE LIKE DAAMMNN
Hey, I like the way that you feel the music as I did. I watch every moment of your face becomes when you got that rthyme. I am a Turkish girl and I smile when I see your videos about Turkish singers because you really pick up the right songs of our country has made :) I think you “MUST” listen Cem Karaca’s all songs especially Kerkük Zindanı, Tamirci Çırağı, Deniz Üstü Köpürür, Islak Islak (I know you had listen from Barış Akarsu but trust me you will love it from Cem Karaca’s voice too) You should also listen Erkin Koray. For me, this three ( Erkin Koray, Barış Manço and Cem Karaca) are the best voices had born in this lands. You should feel the Anatolian Rock. Thats enough I guess :)
KARSU was born in Amsterdam and lives there. Her mother & father are Turkish who came from KARSU village in Hatay region which is south east of Turkey. She was named after the village parents were from. She sings in Turkish , English, Spanish & Ducth. Now, to her life story. She was born in Amsterdam. She started to work in family Kebab House as a waitress at the age of 14. Father decided to spend the money he saved for buying a car to buy her a piano. She loved her music and even applied to the Conservatory, but got refused. She liked singing while serving in the family restaurant. One day a very well known music producer heard her singing while eating there. He took her to America and there she got singing training. In a short time, she took part in important stages from the Concertgebouw to the North Sea Jazz Festival and even to New York Carnegie Hall. Years after while singing in Holland, she saw that the ones who refused her application to the Conservatory were at her concert and applauding her like mad. Now, she is one of the top perfoming musicians in Holland. She made many concerts all over the world and very well known in most of the European countries. Just watch her other performances in Holland. The type of music she does is called jazz pop.! She plays piano, a composer, a singer and a producer. Really well talented at a young age. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2tMwq5lHbWg.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RpYyzccuYFw.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0Z81NHQohAc.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tUxkqoWO2XE.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-91UTIYt01hA.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7ivqM9YbdzE.html
If you liked her voice, you should definitely watch "Sertab Erener 2004 Eurovision Opening Ceremony." It is the opening of 2004 Europe's most popular music contest (Eurovision) in Istanbul after Turkey winning the contest in 2003.
Karsu Dönmez Tedx Istanbul (SANANE!) I am sure that you will love a very nice live performance at 5.10 and 17.20 and I became a fan of Karsu after listening :)
Lol we have so many good musicians and singers idk how are you gonna listen and react to them all... But i like seeing how our songs sound like for someone does not understand/know our language/instruments.
