Always like hearing about somewhat forgotten 2000s television shows. I'm pretty fond of 2003 Battlestar Galactica myself, which was a huge success and pop culture mainstay at the time but seems to only be recognized by sci fi fans and tv critics these days. A real shame, I think.
I remember Push, Nevada, which was a tax-based mystery show produced by Ben Affleck where if you solved the mystery you won a big cash prize, except the show was cancelled early, so they ended up running the remaining clues during the Super Bowl. To my knowledge, it's never been released anywhere, and the only copy I found is a VHS copy uploaded to RU-vid by two different accounts. I genuinely enjoyed the show, which I now realize was heavily stylized to mimic the odd aesthetic of David Lynch/Twin Peaks.
BROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO i love you . loved this show as a kid , and no body talks about it , this show was amazing and unique, shame it was cancelled , also S2 had an alternative ending, pretty cool Man pls do a video about the "Colony" tv show. You took me down memory lane , really thank you
You hit the nail on the head. The main plot is S tier but many of the character subplots involving women turned out to be soap opera drama that annoyed me cause I wanted to know who Hawkins was! Thankfully the show got better over time but like Firefly, was CANCELLED for no justifiably reason. It really makes you think… 🤔
Loved Jericho back when I binged it in high school, definitely scratched that Lost itch. Thanks for making this video, it's important to keep these shows alive so they don't get lost in the deluge of streaming service garbage.
