I've often wondered if Giannis not linking up with other elite players in the off-season has hindered his development. There is an old adage that 'iron sharpens iron' so one would think if he worked out with some of these guys he would come out better for it. Even LeBron, KD & Kawhi work out together and they're ultimate competitors.

No not hate. Real basketball/NBA fans don't hate. Durant was incredible last night. So all y'all people making excuses for why KD couldn't do it and shouldn't be expected to do it; do you see now why those of us who said not only should he be expected to do it if he doesn't do it then he's not who they said he was? That's what the best in the league is supposed to do. All of y'all who were lowering the bar need to stop because y'all don't understand basketball. It's sad though, because if this had been LBJ, the narrative today, especially from Skip Truthless, would've been they had to wheel out Harden and Jeff Green had to be light out to save his legacy. Those of us who are basketball fans, however, aren't going to do that. Durant deserves EVERYONE'S respect and yes, he is now the best player in the world. Also as I was saying yesterday, the day before, and ever since the playoffs started. This Bucks team is just like the 2017 and 2018 Raptors that Bron ran through. Great regular season and horrible post season. Stars don't show up and they're inconsistent. So y'all who were saying KD couldn't do cause Giannis was a MVP; mitch please! I'd take the 2018 Raptors over this team.

Give me KD over Bird everyday of the week. If I would take him over Kobe is 50/50 right now but that 7 foot monster has a got a good argument for doing so. Better shooter from all areas of the floor, way more efficient and the more versatile defender. For once I dont agree that bud should be blamed for his decisions too much. I mean they were up by 17 halfway through the 3rd, it would be one thing if kds quarter point totals went the other way 20 in the 1st not 4th. As a Bucks fan I do not think giannis is overrated but he's not anywhere close too an all time great or a hofer i never ever put him in that category ever i personally think giannis is just a 1 trick pony meaning all he does is run to the paint and score he needs a jumper the bucks will never win a championship until he gets a mid range jumper cause no superstar wants to live in milwaukee khris and jrue are not the answer for giannis with his limitations right now

well Brandon, thats the point..Bucks were ahead big time but once the Nets were catching up, where was the adjustment?? that is what a coach should do.. also, Giannis has to be a dog that once a star or superstar is cooking, put yourself in front of him for a couple of possessions..make him missed..then you can have Tucker on KD again

Why are people so afraid to say Lebron is currently not the best player in the world? If we're going off these playoffs he's not even currently top 5. Injury does effect this conversation but if he goes out their and plays I expect more than what I saw. He gave up in game 5 and 6 and was facilitating instead of just taking over most of the series.
