Never mind the GOAT debate, you could never go wrong with Mike, Kobe, or Bron. They define GOAT with their very own Style. Mike with the peak of his double 3peat and became the icon of 90s sports, Kobe with Loyalty and his Mamba Mentality, Bron with his consistency playing at the very high level at 3 different teams and won championships with all the teams he played for. You could never go wrong, there are always debates, unless you said Brian Scalabrine is the real GOAT, then it's undebatable.
Personally, I find the whole GOAT debate to be totally pointless. I'd rather just acknowledge that they're all among the absolute greatest players to ever live and that they should be all be celebrated and appreciated equally for what they brought to the game.
@@wintervolcano5266 Yeah, but still we can’t undermine greatness, and that’s the reason the game isn’t as good. We see greats and people do good things in each decade and always wanna say what’s wrong with them, but as fans can come around and say they’re one of the greatest the game has seen.
You are my sunshine My only sunshine You make me happy When skies are gray You'll never know, dear How much I love you Please don't take My sunshine away
The NBA won’t be the same when LeBron retires Edit: The NBA will be better, but not because LeBron is not there. There is just so much young talent right now.
@@thomash8501 people that don't even watch basketball know who lebron james is, he's the face of the nba at 39 years old. who the hell is supposed to be the face of the nba after he retires? curry? he's retiring soon too. no one has the influence that lebron has in the nba today lol
@@MangoTroubles-007what? Bill is the goat mj or even lebron don't even cone close he has 11 rings and endless records. He's simply the greatest to ever touch a basketball.
lebron longevity is most definitely because the evolving nature in sport nutrition and medical science, that body probably spent like hundreds millions dollar in medical and nutrition etc etc, I'm not implying during his era MJ don't have access to modern sport nutrition, that would be stupid. my point is the level of progress in sport nutrition and medical science are very different between MJ era and lebron era, advances in recovery most definitely play a major role in longevity.
I will never understand how people really downplays his longevity. When they say "of course he has the most points he's played forever" as if he's the only player to play 20 years
2:34 lebron had 20 rebounds and 12 assists in this game. matched his overall career high of 20 rebounds from the grizzlies series in '23. his season high for assists was not too long ago against the Pels with 17. his single-game assist career high remains 19
Boooooo. LeBron is obviously the goat it's not even particularly close. MJ dominated bums while lebron dominated multiple eras had to switch up his game and was still the leagues best player and going up against far better competition than than the 90s. You can't sit here and tell me that the 90s players were as good as the players from about 2010 til now
So you saying that MJ played against so called "bums" like Gary Payton, Reggie miller,David Robinson, dikembe mutombo, young kobe, iverson? You gon' explain how he won a 3-peat,retired in his prime, and came back to win another 3-peat against some of the best teams back then? You gon' keep following others peoples opinions without doing research yourself?
The dude is a unstoppable basketball machine. I used to be (still am) a Magic guy, then turned into a die hard Kobe fan, and now hands down to the king.
Seeing all the arguments about the “true goat” is crazy You can have your own opinions, take whoever you want as your personal favorite LeBron, MJ, or anyone else is fine, just don’t try to change other people’s minds
Fr bro. I get the fact that MJ is the goat. That's a given. However, what annoys me is that some people dismiss LeBron's obvious stellar play and constantly compare him to Jordan unnecessarily. Why can't people appreciate greatness without being too biased? I don't get it man.
@@KyleNamiteVlogsFacts because LeBron‘s the goat with a great career that can reflect that, but people are still dismissing him because they hate so much
This is a really wholesome video. It's just amazing to see what this man has accomplished by being talented at the thing he LOVES to do. We should all aspire to this in our own niches.
@@MORON_Gaming he wasn’t really a ball hog i mean his early season might have been but after phill jackson come in he did played a more balanced game but on and off ball
With his team at the brink of 1st round elimination via sweep, the timing of the release of this vid just gives a hint of a tribute video for a retiring player and/or a consolation for a devastated fan base.
Longevity has been a double-edged sword for Lebrons career. Hes got the most losses, playoff losses, missed shots, turnovers, and other damning stats. Its crazy how the media and fanboys totally ignore that part. At some point, they will have to face reality or not.
As respectful as possible, this comment just make you look like an idiot who doesn't understand what he's saying. With LeBron being such a high profile player, always a starter for every season of his career, and playing as long as he has, he's going to lead the league in all the stats you say. It's just common sense. Are you daft?
Longevity is overrated and shouldn’t be important in a conversation unless the player that plays longer has similar or better resume you don’t see anyone saying Drew Brees and Big Ben are better than Joe Montana despite pretty much Doubling his passing yards
@@quly9236 and still MJ has 2 more Championships, 2 More FMVPs, 1 More MVP, 11 More League Titles, 4 More All Defensive Teams and a DPOY over him, he also averages more Points, Steals and Blocks with a higher Career PER, BPM, WS/48 and GMSC in both the Regular Season, Playoffs and The Finals at some point a players Peak is more important than Longevity.
@@donali9020 people definitely look at him having the most passing yards, passing TDs, in both regular season and the post season, now he does have the most super bowls, but where in the hell did you bring mvp and especially Super Bowl mvp, mvp he just flat out behind Rogers, and Peyton Manning, and even his last mvp was a pity mvp, and Super Bowl mvps never meant jacksh*t.
The majority of people have yet to realize that LeBron is undoubtedly the GOAT, and that‘s not going to change anytime soon. But I believe (and certainly hope) that this will change about 10 years after his retirement.
Im not a lebron or mj fan (timmy is my goat). But we cant just deny this man’s greatness. So stop the hate and let’s enjoy his game while he’s still active.
You can always tell a hater (most of the time it's about politics and not about the game itself) when they address another grown ass man as Lebum and Leflop lol
@@MelloHubb this for real. people hating on players for politics or personality or social media bs is so exhausting. convinced most of them don't even enjoy the game. who tf got the energy for all that extra shit when the man is a stranger to u.
9:43 Huh? What the hell are you talking about, Bill Russell clears that easy. Maybe he's the best since the 80's, but even that is tough, Barkley is right up there with him.
Jordan had a more impressive prime. Also a better shooter and better defender. Lebron is more physically talented and has better longevity. But a lot of that is do to medical science. Also Jordan never had a finals like in 2011. And I know we’re just talking about on the court stuff but Lebron is insufferable. With his lying about silly stuff, reading only the first page of books. His China comments and being woke. Were as Jordan just wanted to keep his politics to himself. Also Space Jam 1 is better.
It's so funny to see people joking about him being 0-3 in the series when that only proves the videos' point, since no other 39 year old in history would ever be "called out" on that, specially when he's still averaging: 26.3pts, 6.7rebs, 9.7asts, 1.7stls and 1.3blks on 56% from the field and 41% from 3 He's still playing arguably better than his own all time playoff averages, and he's one of the best, if not the best, playoff performers of all time. No matter how biased you are, you really cannot say it's his fault. Some people get mad and go like "you always gotta push the blame into someone else", and while I admit some people do it too much, they're still right way more often than not, you can't really argue with that.
You think these bums could understand any of those? They are just parroting what a lot of people say. Just hating on lebron for the sake of hating a great player. Once he retires they will find someone new to hate
Once Lebron retires, the NBA as we know it will come to end. I don’t think I’ll be ready to not see Bron play when he’s done. It was tough when Kobe was gone but then Bron done, it’ll be even harder
What I think is that Jordan is just an overrated prick loved by people who always overrate the past. Lebron is a woke soft BLM supporter. Jordan with the team LeBron had for the NBA 2018 wouldn't even get to fuckin playoffs
Boy oh boy where do I even begin. Lebron... honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you drive into the paint and strike fear into your enemies eyes. Your silky smooth touch around the rim, and that gorgeous jumpshot. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire. You had a rough childhood, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing off the court, you're a great husband and father, sometimes I even call you dad. I forvever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day retire. I would sacrifice my own life it were the only thing that could put a smile on your beautiful face. You have given me so much joy, and heartbreak over the years. I remember when you first left clevenland and its like my heart got broken into a million pieces. But a tear still fell from my right eye when I watched you win your first ring in miami, because deep down, my glorious king deserved it. I just wanted you to return home. Then allas, you did, my sweet baby boy came home and I rejoiced. 2015 was a hard year for us baby, but in 2016 you made history happen. You came back from 3-1 and I couldn't believe it. I was crying, bawling even, and I heard my glorious king exclaim these words, "CLEVELAND, THIS IS FOR YOU!" Not only have you changed the game of basketball and the world forever, but you've eternally changed my world. And now you're getting older, but still the goat, my goat. I love you pookie bear, my glorious king, Lebron James
How he can takes care of his body needs to be studied honestly . His gift is that he can’t be injured. Obviously you can’t compare Jordan to Bron , Jordan is the Greatest player to ever exist, but Lebron is right up there. This is probably the first time in sports history that a Goat can be challenged by second greatest. The conversation is there , it has to be there
its weird how so many people are criticising lebron but if you actually see him play today you'd see he's doing VERY WELL especially considering his age
5:48 OK THAT was a sick edit!!!! Dope vid as always man. Lebron being able to stay this productive at THIS age in ITSELF is an astonishment!!! But factoring is that the KIng has been producing the SAME effort and SAME results consisistently FOR 21 FRIKKING YEARS, is what make him the 2nd all time greatest of all time. NO ONE has acomplished what this man as accomplished. I only have him second to my man Kobe cuz man Kobe was a straight killer, he was everything MJ was but upgraded and revamped. Kobe will forever be my GOAT but Lebron will always be the KING🤴🏾
Impressive stats but if that doesn't translate to wins its pointlesss. Unless he plays 1v1 ball then thats a different conversation. I remember the game he broke 40k and lost. Man that was supposed to be a 'must' win game
