I like to shoot closeup and stuff but am getting into the real estate filming, you said its not really that good for wide shots… is that because it would show next to no movement, or what? Great video!

Two questions: 1. To use in a stage setting, what is the maximum distance (in feet) can you control this unit? [i.e. our control room is approximately 80 feet from stage] and 2. can you use the app with more than one slider?

I would say yeah. I actually used it last night on a music video. I don’t think it’s something I’d be using everyday, but it is useful for sure

I'm curious about motor noise on this slider. Not an issue for B-roll but would an onboard mic pic it up or would a lav or boom mic pic it up in and interview situation?

I don’t have an exact measurement as far as noise level. But it isn’t that loud at all. If you were booming a mic, and it isn’t right underneath the mic, you should be fine

Did you notice any jitter when panning or tracking other than at the edges ( like in the middle)? Will the footage still be smooth by your standard without IBIS and post stabilization?
