Have you ever feel an emotion so alien that you think it isn't a product of your brain and the release of dopamine, serotonin, and all that is just a by products when it hits you? and then you cry not because sadness, nor because happiness, it is because the physical body you caged in can't handle the unknown emotion. And I got that emotion from this song. Because that's what I feel when I hear this song and sometimes I wonder if someone else has ever feel the same awesome emotion like what I feel. It feels like a song like this is just a reminder from our soul that there are far more important and greater things in life than what we think. It just that mister Bergersen has a skill good enough to wake the emotion on another soul. And for that, I'm grateful.

My favorite part of this comments section is hearing everyone say what this song makes them think of. Human history, always moving forward. A newborn baby, new life coming into the world. Africa, with its wild plains and animals. And I can see it associated with all of them, and more besides. It's truly amazing.
For me it makes me almost nostalgic for something I've never experienced. Makes me yearn for an adventure in a mystical universe. Almost like there's a part of me that feels like it's destined for something. It's almost depressing because I know that's not going to happen.

Ever since I heard A Place in Heaven, Thomas Bergersen has been my favorite composers of music among his like-minded talented colleagues from Two Steps From Hell and Audiomachine. I actually bought this album yesterday, never listening to it before buying it, and took out to work with me, and once this song came up ... I could only stand back and gap in awe at how incredible this song was. In all honesty, mere words cannot do this song justice. This affected me in such a way that since I had no oversight at my workplace, I danced. I don't dance, but I did when this song played. My worldly worries, concerns, and woes simply melted away and all I could do was laugh merrily and dance like a fool. I cared not how absurd I looked, my soul was smitten, my mind flew to realities so wondrous and grand, and I am not ashamed that I danced. Once again Thomas delivers to me another grand piece of art I will carry in my heart till the day I die. All I can say Thomas, is thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. As thanks, I will share this music with my friends on social media, you damn sure deserve the free advertisement. My son turned me on to this song and album, I have not been able to stop listening to the music. He knows I love songs like this. If the world would only listen maybe hearts would soften and love would reign. This reminds me of love, compassion and what life should/could be.

I feel like this song literally touches my heart. I know that may not be physically possible or make a whole lot of sense, but there's just so many emotions and feelings that are stirred to life in me when I hear this, some of which I can identify and others that I'm not quite sure as to what they are. But even still it's almost as if the music is reaching itself inside my soul and just like when somebody touches you by the hand, there's this warmth that spreads and just fills you with this amazing happy presence. I don't know how to explain it exactly, but maybe that's the beauty of it and music like this as well. It makes you feel things that are unable to be explained. It just...makes you feel.

The greatest song of the album in my opinion; possibly the best one they’ve made (there are lots of contenders for that title though)! I normally prefer their songs with fewer vocals, but this one adds to the song in a way I cannot describe. Beautiful. There are no words, proverbs, or adages in any human tongue to do this justice. There is no way to describe this heavenly matter. This transcends through Earth and Aether.

This is probably the one of the most beautiful songs that I've ever heard in my life... Thomas and TSFH, I will forever love your music, you never fail to impress. This is greater than normal cinematic, greater than the songs of the most well known of artists in this genre and any genre in general really. To everyone wondering, Bergersen uses Bulgarian folklore songs in many of his scores. This song also features parts of a folklore song. I wish he would credit all the songs he uses because he does in many of his songs and no one knows where these beautiful melodies come from.
I only recently found a word which can adequately describe this song, and a lot of my other favourite things too, actually... Mabayui, a Japanese word meaning: dazzling, glaring, blinding, too bright; dazzlingly beautiful. Now I finally have a word to describe this. This song, is mabayui. This is my favorite song on the whole album. I love the way Bergersen layers together the different elements of each song across the whole album, though - gives each piece more depth and a really broad, powerful sound. That's partly why I feel like TSFH is easily the best in their business - few other groups' music has that kind of depth to it, typically.
I can only hear words in the lyrics that sound like "imagination" then by the end of each verse they say "I'm a pizza!" Good luck trying NOT to hear those now. >;3
