The companion knives are great blades and the handle comfort and the price I find are the real attraction to buying these. They hold up well to most anything you throw at them. Good review showcasing their function. Thanks for sharing.
This is a great hideout knife to keep on youself for an emergency, this and an altoid tin full of vaseline cotton balls is a complete emergency fire kit with super sharp knife included, I say (emergency kit), after testing your equipment, this should not be used unless of emergency but always carried on your person. just imho
The wizard of bow drills, I think, is Shawn Kelly at corporals corner on you tube. He seems to like cottonwood trees, but tulip poplar seems to work too. I've never done it myself, but watch Shawn do it all the time.
Great video, Thor. I find the hearth board to be a critical part of the fire making process. Try a different wood. You can also experiment with the profile of the point on your drill to create more friction. Thanks for the informative video on one of my favorite brands of knives.
Hey Thor💪 I love the Mora Spark and I have the Mora Light my fire too. The Spark is stronger and thicker so in my opinion its better for bushcraft. But of course I have to say that I love all the Moras😂 Cool Video thank you. Greetings from Germany Chris
Good video thor,if you wanna how to get good amber from a bow drill, check out a guy named corpral, from his youtube channel called corprals corner. I hope this helps
