She doesn't get a pass, that's a fortnite dance from like 5 years ago, and she did it terribly, either do it right, or preferably, do literally any other dance move. Fuck fortnite.
Yea , the sheer explosive movement and speed with which they do it is incredible, i had a chance to watch euro in weightlifting in 2017 , seeing them in person gives you a whole different perspective on term strength
@@KEZAMINEWe always need Christ's mercy, but I think you earn the right to be a fortnite dweeb if you have succeess at competitive weightlifting I really like Cotruta tbh, she's a complete dork but it's very endearing
She just put double her bodyweight _over her head!_ There can be no doubt left; these female lifters are _strong._ Pound for pound they are some of the strongest athletes in the world.
@@DirtiestDan77Lasha Talakhadze has the world record for the clean and jerk at 557 pounds. He weighs ~380 pounds. Twice his body weight would be around 700 pounds. Sorry to break it to you slugger, but male power lifters don't frequently lift double their body weight at the clean and jerk.
This 20-year-old Romanian girl named Andreea Cotruță is the 2023 European weightlifting champion in the 55kg category. A real promise in weightlifting.
I once added 30 Lbs (13.6 Kg) to my C&J in one workout. I was stuck for the longest time at 295 Lbs (had to be a 300 Lb mental block I think) and in one workout did 305, 315 and 325. It was a heck of a rush!
I'd never heard of David Katoatau before (I'm still relatively new to the sport) so I did a search with his name. I don't know if she was referencing him or not. But I did like finding out about another lifter. So thank you for that.
