Thoughts on Food and Thinking… 

Grab a cup of coffee or tea for this chat! Just wanted to externally process some thoughts on food and also thinking in regards to comments on one of my previous videos. I feel like we’ve forgotten HOW to think and I believe it’s so so important to do and also teach our children! I want to apologize if this seems messy and like some thoughts aren't finished.
